Ottoman bed frame purchase.
Visited the Wolverhampton branch to purchase a double ottoman bed frame for our guest room. Staff were welcoming and friendly, offering hot beverages as we looked at the various options. Once we had chosen, we asked several questions which were answered with certainty, the staff were knowledgeable about the products they were selling and didn’t pressurise us into purchasing. Overall I would recommend the branch to family and friends, definitely shop there again.

Perfect company, I was greeted served by Chris at the Wolverhampton Dreams branch who had perfect knowledge about the mattress I wanted to buy and had already researched, they are a really friendly company to shop with, who take time to listen to you and and your needs down to the minutest details. They have very comfortable, bright, clean showrooms, and go the extra mile to make sure you are matched with the product of your Dreams, excellent green disposal credentials and I can highly recommend this company to one and all well done.

The customer service i received was great. I went into dreams just to check it out, but ended up buying a bed and mattress with pillows etc, because of the customer service and support i received

needed a new matress so went to the store. salesman was great , not pushy but very knowledgeable. fed up of buying a new matress every few year so wanted a quality one, that will last. was important to try one out and not guess what would turn up. very pleased.

Purchased a Therapur Artic matress with cooling matress protector and cooling Duvet. Have to say these poducts really help to stop overheating at night. Top marks to the team at Dreams Wolverhampton.

Had a fabulous experience with Dream’s assistant Hollie. She was so helpful to me and explained things thoroughly in order to help me to choose a perfect bed for my complex needs. We also used the Dream Machine which was fun and very helpful too. Hollie was extremely kind to me and helped me to access the beds more easily for me to gain access to try them. Hollie and the team made me and my daughter and son in law coffees and offered more and were continuously very kind , welcoming and helpful. I felt really well attended to. Best of all I purchased a bed that is beyond my wildest dreams, Thank you Hollie and the team at Dreams, Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield. We really will be returning to this store soon.

Salesperson engaged my attention from the moment i entered the store.They explained in clear and easy to understand terms exactly what i needed to know,repeating it at times to help me to understand.they were very patient when i repeated a question,We were on first name terms throughout which made the visit more relaxed.Altogether, a really excellent experience.

Knew the products inside out, smiled all the way through the transaction, nothing was to much for him showing us different types of mattress's & beds before deciding on what we wanted. Never pressurised us into a sale. The customer service he gave to us was of this world, it's a shame that other retailers lack in this area. We would recommend James at Dreams of Bentley Bridge to our friends, family, work colleagues & neighbours, without batting an eyelid. Next time we require anything to do with beds we will giving James a visit. The experience with James was 11 out of 10
