Complete bed promised, mattress only delivered. Customer services apologised and arranged for delivery of base and bed head some weeks later. Mattress proved faulty in use. Replacement mattress delivered, but too wet to use. Third mattress delivered but not performing well.

From the moment I entered the Dreams Kidderminster store to purchase a new mattresses I felt very welcome I experienced excellent customer service , where the very pleasant lady went out of her way to assess my needs, show me and encouraged me to try the mattress I had researched online. My purchase was made and as I had bought a mattress cover and pillow, I was escorted to my car with the parcels which were put in my car. The mattress was duly delivered at the time and date I had been given and the driver took my old mattress away for recycling .
Good service made it a pleasure to shop at Dreams and I would definitely recommend the company to others .

The Shop staff are fabulous really helped us we knew what bed we wanted but needed the right mattress the staff and the sleep system and us testing all gave the same result. They spent the time and patience to go through, everything we needed.
Down sides: Bed cost a lot of money they wanted extras on top kept mounting up some I agree with others I don't
Disposal of old bed yes I would expect to pay due to trade waste costs
extended Warranty I agree they cost extra but to keep the warranty covered you then have to pay extra for mattress protectors as if there are any marks your warranty is invalid, If that's the case include the cover with the warranty.
They will deliver to your room of choice but if you want it assembled they will charge extra, nearly £2500 on a bed you would expect it assembled in my opinion not extra.
My biggest complaint is on the delivery drivers I know its a tough manual job but personal hygiene going into peoples houses should be a must the BO smell was unbelievable and had to open windows and follow where they had been with air freshener.
In some ways I am glad they didn't stay to assemble it.

Absolutely cannot fault our experience with DREAMS at their Worcester store, from entering the shop, purchasing the mattress we chose, with the help and excellent advice from James, who did a great job and wasn’t pushy, right through to delivery by 2 friendly, professional and careful delivery guys. Would highly recommend 10/10
