I would recommend this company if you are renting a car at Bristol Airport
It's quite a walk but I found them very good to deal with

Its a scam , be very careful , don’t book trough easyJet , never ever with this company Drivalia . No show after 1 hour they charge you 4 times the price for the same car . It is a scam , staff seem friendly but they are all in on the scam, easyJet flight was delayed , booking was also though easyJet , best to book directly without easyJet directly with another company like Sixt or Euro car to avoid big issues . Be careful people . Has to be said and reported , I will also be making a police report.

I hired a vehicle from their Lancaster office. The vehicle and price were excellent- but in particular the friendly and helpful service I received (from Michael/Simon) was outstanding. I don’t like the usual procedure of car hire but this was a different class.

Warning: Drivalia Italy = Scam! They made us sign on a tablet without telling us they added an extra insurance we never asked for. Later, they charged us with almost €500 and refused to refund. Dishonest and abusive – avoid them!

⚠️ Attenzione: Drivalia Italia = Truffa! Ci hanno fatto firmare su un tablet senza dirci che avevano aggiunto un’assicurazione extra mai richiesta. Poi ci hanno addebitato quasi 500 € e hanno rifiutato di rimborsarci. Disonesti e abusivi – evitateli!

Hired a car in Italy and fine for the pick up where I took a video. There was nobody to check this with on pick up.
I then returned it and took another video.
I then received a damage report for €840 and they debited my card.
No damage was done
I then have 5 weeks of emails saying they needed metal data from the video and just blocking
Eventually they asked for JPG which isn’t a video format
They then accepted the video and are still delaying so it’s now nearly 7 weeks and they haven’t refunded.
Totally disreputable and a shambles of a company.
Do not use and AVOID at all costs if you want a decent organisation

Styr unna dette firmaet. Det første som skjedde når vi skulle hente forhåndsbestillt bil, var et veldig press på mer forsikring, selv om vi hadde fullforsikret via nettbestilling. Så fikk vi utlevert en bil med mye riper og skader, uten at de sa et ord om det. Vi tok heldigvis bilder, slik at når de prøvde seg ved innlevering, måtte de gi seg. Vi prøvde å ringe og sende mail om dette under oppholdet, men ingen svarte. Resultatet var at vi valgte å levere inn bilen en dag før, for å unngå en eventuell diskusjon og risikere å miste flyet på hjemreisen.

We hired a car from Drivalia at Glasgow Airport. Pick up and drop off experience was good and also ferrying us to and from the airport terminal. Drivalia went the extra mile for me when I left my scarf behind by retrieving it and forwarding it to me promptly. Special thank you to Daniel.

Avoid this company
Paid 450 for 1months car rental
They took 750 for deposit refused to give back .
Made up Some rubbish about booking on debit card

Do not use this company. Booked a van and after 3 days they informed me they couldn't supply.
Awful customer service telling me I had to contact another department for my refund.
AVOID.!

haha, ze bestaan nog steeds, zielig. Ipv Drivalia hebben ze dochternamen verzonnen....Drivalia Italy, Drivalia Portugal enz. Hierop hebben medewerkers 'goede' reviews geplaatst. Zo slecht dit bedrijf.

Schlechteste Autovermietung ever :-( warum?
Hatte einen PKW über Easyjet 8n Gatwick angemitet
- Schalter war nach Ankunft nicht mehr besetzt
- Vermieter schwer zu finden da außerhalb der Flughafen Gebäudes
- Anrufen zwecks
- Betrug bei der 2 Anmietung durch unnötige und verschleudert Vollkasko.
- Wagen war nicht Verkehrstüchrig, kein Abblendlicht!
- Wenn mann den support mal erreicht bekommt msn keine Hilfe und wird abermals belogen, wie kann Easyjet mit solchen Betrügern nur zusammenarbeiten?

Når Dere skal leie bil, bruk ikke noe eller noen som har med Drivalia å gjøre. Etter endt privat leasing driver de med "svindel" på sluttavregningen, der de ikke forholder seg til normale bransjestandarder på leasing forhold. De takserer bilen for salg og ønsker å finne alle tenkelige kostnader før de skal selge bilen, for så å lasse disse over på leietaker. Direkte ubehagelige å ha med å gjøre, ingen tilbakmeldinger, kun store regninger. Anbefaler privat leasing, men finn aldri på å bruke Drivialia eller Deres partnere. Har opplevd dette på 2 biler, så ikke en engangsopplevelse.
