When I went to course I was not expecting much. I was happily surprised that I really enjoyed it if that's the right thing to say but it really made me think about things and a great refresher for things I had forgotten. The trainers added a touch of humour which always helps and weren't judgemental just there to help.

On line offer, so the minimum amount of upheaval. The course was well run professional, non judgmental and informative. It will definitely impact my driving in future. All drivers should have to do these courses every 5-10 years.

It’s well worth the time and money. A good reminder of the importance of being a safe driver. The statistics on road deaths/ injuries presented were staggering. But I came away with good strategies on how to not be distracted when driving. It was also good to be reminded of the Highway Code!

Highly professional well organised with great prepared course content. But the main thing is the course leader who managed to engage, bond and run a productive and useful session with humour and professionalism.
No stigma attached to being obliged to take the course. In fact I learned some new things and was pleased to be refreshed on other elements, and now Im a more considerate driver.

Everything went according to plan. The venue was excellent and the trainers were very experienced and conducted the course professionally. (Tom and Mario)
The course was conducted with humour at the same time being very thorough. All questions were answered explicitly and I was happy to take on board what I was being made aware of. All aspects of the course were explained and questions were encouraged by both trainers. One of the biggest issues raised at the start of the meeting was the advent of 20mph speed limits.
It was explained that since its inception, road accidents and deaths have reduced wherever the system has been introduced. Overall, I actually enjoyed the course and made me more aware of potential hazards, road signs other road users.
Could have done with a slightly longer lunch break (10 mins was not enough) but apart from that it was very worthwhile.

It was good to be able to complete the course at home, to fit around other commitments. The instructions for joining online were detailed. The instructor was friendly and engaging, and involved everyone. It was useful to refresh our knowledge of the Highway Code, different road types and speed limits. Seeing the difference 1mph makes to stopping distance will definitely help me to drive more slowly.

This was a superbly delivered course, very well explain, insightful and very eye opening in many ways. I enjoyed the experience and the manor in which it was delivered. I am determined not to allow my speed to creep in the future and will continue to use my car technology even more. People may think this will be 3 hours never to be recovered, you will be very wrong, this was 3 hours well spent and a much better option to 3 points with no additional knowledge to help you become more aware. It is more than a refresher as cars and technology have moved on a lot since many of us sat our driving tests.

The Presenters/ Trainers made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed so that the flow of the course was great. The Only One Negative I have that was at the course I attend at the Hogs Back Hotel, is the projector screen,( whilst quite large ) was lacking in contrast and some of the road signs could not be clearly seen. One of the presenter's who was standing by the screen could not seen one of the signs clearly. Either the room needs to be a darker or the Projection system need adjusting. Apart from that. Really worth it. Just my feedback...........

safe drivers and reduce the consequences of speed.

There was no option to test connectivity before the course. It was only after I connected for the course 10 minutes before the start that I was told that my camera didn't provide a clear enough image. I was just told to get another device - 5 minutes before the start of the course.
This was very poor service. How hard would it be to provide a test connection which would give a customer the ability to test functionality days before the course and give people the opportunity to do something about it?
The course itself and the trainer were excellent.

The speed awareness course was informative and useful. Delivered by a very good trainer.

I chose the online course for convenience to avoid getting points. Getting the course was relatively easy. Setting it up was easy though I prefer Zoom to Teams. Registration was easy, the trainer was welcoming. The other participants were nice.
The course was good and I learned more than I expected and it gave me a better appreciation and awareness for driving.

Our instructor John Gouldborune was fantastic from start to finish! Can't rate him high enough. Great course.

You are treated like a normal person who just needs a bit more information on road and speed laws. Excellent information and very useful knowledge.

I had my course yesterday, my trainers name was John. He was polite, helpful and engaged with us all. I have come away with a good refresher on certain areas I had forgotten.

Superbly run course. Made me really think and lovely to engage online. The trainer was so skilled with a group of people who didn't know him or each other but he encouraged everyone to engage in a sensitive way and we had thought provoking discussions. Best way to educate us all on such an important topic. I'd attend other courses!
