She was knowledgeable and comforting - I just felt like I was in good hands. The process wage on start to finish was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went online initially and provided what was asked for and by the time I got there it was just a matter of test driving, paying the down payment, and signing - and I was on my way.
