This was the best experience I ever had…
This was the best experience I ever had with any dealership or car place. I've been to 7 places in 3 weeks all telling me because of my credit I need $3,000 or more as a down payment. Went online filled out for Drivetime. Cameron messaged me and got me set up for an appointment. I was convinced this was gone be the same but he talked me into coming. Everything I saw online for down paymet and etc was exactly what was in there. He let me test drive the Traverse I asked about and offered me options including a 2021 Jeep Cherokee L. I walked out today with that 2021 Jeep Cherokee L with no money down. Him and James were truly the best you could ask for. Go to the Drivetime in Eastpointe between 9 and 10 mile and gratiot and I promise they got you.

Just bought a car from them January 5 of this year .only had the car 3 months.now the car needs a whole motor.no nobody wants too do anything about it.they are trying too screw up my credit.it was a 2017 Escape..Consumers don’t buy from them..

I was almost ready to give up on getting a car I was getting the same thing back to back but I came to drive time and got menah and she changed that for me. Got me in a new car that I love she was nice and made sure she got my needs and wants and got me the best car. I will be sending any and everyone to her! She was great

Worst car buying experience ever
Set it up over the phone drove hours and rented a car to go get the new car we were gonna purchase they had nothing ready, car wouldn’t start and they kept us there for 4 hours when they told me including the manager and I was told all I would need to do is come in sign the paperwork and drive off but that’s not how it went at all. I would never recommend drivetime to anyone
