My fiancee needed a car because another car care business had ruined the engine in her Camry. After reviewing several possible car dealerships, she decided on DriveTime in our hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. We arrived at 4:30 on Saturday, January 11, fully aware that they closed at 6:00. A wonderful salesman, Brian Reese, found her a Mazda6 Touring that she loves. He provided us a test drive, and he tended to all the necessary paperwork. When the episode extended into Saturday night, Brian expressed no fatigue, impatience, or frustration. When State Farm took a little longer to confirm my fiancee's coverage, he kindly waited for the process to be completed successfully. We finally were able to drive home the car at 10:30. Brian had respectfully seen to our needs with skill and care. One of his coworkers disappointed me by trying to get us to leave and complete the task Monday. If that had been the case, we would have departed and we would have gone to another dealership Monday. That is an interesting business model, to make customers feel uncomfortable and to rush them out the door to seek out a competitor. Brian did not let his coworker's comments affect our situation, as he continued to treat us in a gentlemanly manner for the entire time. My fiancee loves her car. Brian Reese is an excellent representative of your company. He deserves a raise and a promotion!

I had a great experience with drivetime....my salesman Jay Holifield was awesome.. Great guy.. Although i was there all night it was worth the wait...I left with a 2015 Chevy Malibu 😁🙏🏾..Thank you drive time

As experiences go I have one I’m Elephant Elated and Peacock Proud to BOAST about … Drive Time … take the time walk down , hitch hike , Uber over there .. The Jackson Mississippi location that is . When I say they have a Dream Team .. that’s only speaking modestly .. J.T. , Zack , and Brian made my day spent with them worth while . Zack welcomed me in the building with a warm smile and there was only one other person ahead of me. Which gave me time to enjoy the refreshments provided.. But let me moon walk to the day before.. J.T…..J.T. and I spoke the night before and he answered all my questions and was patient with me eased my fears of the unknown . While it filled me with excitement I came a week ahead of my schedule appointment because I didn’t want to miss on the vehicle I needed or wanted. When I arrived on Saturday he greeted me with a smile and knew my name he had the vehicle I was interested in as well as other options that I might like … ( you gotta love that proactive spunk) . Brian and I had spoken days prior to my arrival and he was very informative about the process and we shared a laugh or two.
Even though the Saturday work day ended for them at 6pm they never rushed me .. We enjoyed our time spent then they had another couple at the same time purchasing. Zack’s leadership and 5 years experience ( I was in there a while so I asked questions about there jobs ) and his ability to work with both of us shined through .. I humbly thank these fellas as I have named them the Three Musketeers . I have talked about them nonstop all weekend for the services they rendered to me .. I will definitely be back .. I can’t thank them enough… Just go see them and tell them ( Shay) sent you ..
Brain was great to work !!!!! He helped us tremendously on get my husband what he wanted and totally explained everything and made sure we understood all the terms on our purchase
The salesman Brain Reese really made my experience enjoyable and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend others to try drive time for their car buying experience solely based off the great customer service I received while being assisted by Mr. Reese.

And I just want to be on the safe side. I left the dealership with the same vehicle but different color .
Brain the sales man made us very comfortable and made sure we were understand everything that was happening and going to happen… he made the buying experience really great went out of his way to make sure we got a ok price we were okay with

The salesmen involved during the entire process were patient, professional, and knowledgeable about various strategies to assist me in selecting a car to purchase. Also, the team members were patient and ensure that I was provided with the best deals and service with a smile.

Worst car buying experience ever. The sales associate wanted to get everything done in a hurry. Sold us a full extended warranty from Silver Rock. The car broke down with less than 500 miles since our purchase. Calling drive time or SilverRock is of absolutely no use as they keep on taking us in circles . Both stating that we should all the other . Car has been sitting for over 6 weeks with no response from either after calling endless times. Think twice or more before buying from this dealership.

The salesperson worked with me as long as it took to help make the best sale possible for the vehicle I wanted.
Approved put down layaway amount I was told I needed to hold my vehicle. I had 5 days to go and complete the transaction. I went on the second day they doubled the down payment amount and had me waiting 4 hours only to tell me my application has expired and they couldn't honor the layaway that I had put up 2 days before. Waste of my day and time. Have to wait for my refund even though it was their fault. Very unprofessional and no real help for customers who are traveling a great distance to get a car.

Drive time is nothing but liars. Their commercial is a lie. The deal you do online is not the deal you get when you go to the dealership. Yall need to quit lying to people. Misleading company. I would never recommend people to buy anything from DriveTime. Nothing but con artists.
