Major Repairs Needed Within a Year
Major Repairs Needed Within a Year - within less than a year of buying a car at this DriveTime, we had to put over $6,000.00 into the vehicle. The warranty that was sold (and promoted) was less than worthless, covering next to nothing wrong. I wrote to them and received NO RESPONSE. We were told DriveTime was a great place to buy a good car, but they are no better than all the used car dealers that everyone calls "shady" - they just appear better, more professional, etc. I will never buy another car, nor recommend them.

All our vehicles go through our inspection process which is backed by a Limited Warranty for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles.
