They sold me a vehicle that only ran one day then when I took it back they wouldn’t even help me get into another vehicle unless I gave them 1300 more dollars I will never go back

This was a great car buying experience. Found what I wanted online, called the dealership and was able to the paperwork started and financing approved, went in the next day, and was there for over an hour and drove away in what I wanted. I worked with Jordan through the whole process, he was a great help.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! The sales people are nice and accommodating. THAT is the sugar coating on the crap cars they are selling at premium prices.
My first car was a 2016 Buick Envision and the wheel bearing went out before I even got home the first day. That tells me that no type of pre-inspection, or safety inspection was done prior to sale.
I had to cancel a flight that nightvto return the car the nexu day. I lost $400 on that on that plane ticket.
I traded it for a 2016 Ford Fusion AWD. I I got 200 miles from home and had a blow out. When I went to change the tire the spare was gone and in its place was a slime tire rescue kit. When I called DriveTime in Reno. I was told that I needed to use what they provided. When I told them that it was a sidewall blowout, I was told sorry but there was nothing they could do. Good luck on your trip... IF YOU ARE BUYING A CAR FROM DRIVETIME CHECK THE CAR OVER THROUGHLY.

CHECK THE OIL (mine only has 13%)
TEST DRIVE AT HIGH SPEED, AND TURNS.
Due you due diligence. Because they WILL SELL YOU AN UNSAFE CAR!!!

Great Experience. After having to deal with Nissan of Reno, being misled on pricing, for and down payment after taking possession of the car for two weeks, dealing with Thomas and Marcelo was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

What an experience! Tommy is such a good dude, I flew 1800 miles to do this deal. I’d recommend this man over any salesman from any dealership. Turns out, he’s not a salesman. He’s a manager, but he cared so much to deal with me directly.

I went into Drivetime with the hopes of leaving with a car and that's what happened. Thomas helped me find something affordable and made sure I liked it. They show you cars you can afford after showing what they can do for you. I have poor credit but Thomas still got me into a 2016 Nissan Rouge SUV. With a fraction of a down-payment that anywhere else would take.

Gabby Mora-Silva of DriveTime-Reno defied all of the stereotypes and expectations of buying a used car. She was not pushy and she even went above and beyond expectation throughout the process. When it came time to sign the paperwork it was all prepared in advance of my arrival and I hardly spent any time at the dealership at all once my vehicle was selected. What little waiting I had to do was kept entertaining and light by Bo at the front desk.

Very good experience and I must admit that I was hesitant. Now, I love my new car!
