What made this experience the best. The level of service Ryan and Sam provided. These guys will work for you if you need a better than you have. I promise you that Drive time is the best, don’t settle for less get the car of your dreams. So there is no pressure about making payments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. I am stuck with the worst car in sales history and the finance company is no better. The down payment monthly payment gimmick is a joke. Because there are other fees a lot of others fees. So please take your time and do the math, a car that was supposed to be little to nothing my wife and I was financed more than double and we've had the worst experience with the car, Silver Rock and Bridgecrest their finance company.

The people at the property helping out are great!
Only problem was that ones I drove home with the car. Car started to overheat! Next day I had to wait to call DriveTime to tell me what’s to be done next. Took the car to the shop and currently waiting what’s need to be fixed.
Pretty bummed out about the first drive home with car problems.

Sam Epstein was quick but thorough when I came in needing a bigger car. Process was smooth and hassle free. He even offered a snack ;-p

I recently purchased a car from DriveTime- San Diego and I must say I found the experience AMAZING. They use the phrase "QUICK AND EASY" and it was just that. They should have t-shirts made with that print. My Customer Experience Guide was Dezsanae Smith, she assisted me from the time I entered the dealership till I drove away in the car. The process was actually "QUICK AND EASY". I would highly recommend. Thank You Dez for making the process stressless.

Fast and smooth transaction! Due to the inventory being online I was able to search,view and reserve a vehicle to test drive as well as submit all my documents. It was only of the easiest processes. I purchased my car on 1/6/2023, on 1/9/2023y car started nothing violently a couple minutes before entering the freeway & completely shut off & the dash read "transmission failure". What I'm the world!!!! I am beyond livid. I was told & shown on a Carfax report that everything was a-ok. I was informed of something small that was recalled that needed tending to & while awaiting an appointment for that part to be fixed this happens not even 4 days later. I am very upset & unsatisfied. This is extremely inconvenient & was a terrifying ordeal.

My buying experience with Salesman LeJon and General Manager Markelle went exceptionally well. They both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I submitted all documents via email ahead of time which made my process easier. The advanced procedures as far as the videos and electronic signatures were a delight! Just a few clicks and I was driving away in my new 2015 Lincoln MKZ. Thanks Drive Time and Staff for such an Awesome experience! I would definitely refer a friend or two.
