The price was fair and the down payment…
The price was fair and the down payment was reasonable. The staff were helpful before and during purchase but when I had issues within the first two weeks, they are too busy to help. When you purchase a vehicle there please go beyond their checkoff list and check everything! I didn't check to see if the driver seat panel was broken and by the time I got home it was almost completely off. I blame myself and now will have to pay to have it fixed myself. The 2nd week I wanted to take the grandkids out only to find out we can't use the 3rd row seating because I didn't check to see if the 2nd row seat was in working order to access the 3rd row so now we can't use the 3rd row because the 2nd row seat doesn't fold up. The "warranty" they sell tries to send me to Firestone who says they can't fix it because that is not what they do. I tried calling Drivetime to see if there was anything or anywhere they knew that would help me but they were too busy to talk to me.

It seemed as if I didn't meet the criteria for the purchase. Somehow he made it happen. I am so grateful for all the effort that he made.

Kelani was great sales person!!! We ran into a snafu with my other car that I paid off and he ironed out the kinks for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I will be coming back to deal with him.
