The staff were kind and all that but after about a month of waiting they called me back to say they couldn't find a vehicle for me. Their ads are very misleading. They cannot find a vehicle for everyone.

I told them my budget was 12k, and they sent me to a very far away dealership (almost 1 hour drive), in which the cheapest car they had available was 25k. Complete joke and extremely disrespectful with my time.

He repeatedly warned that any car that he has in my budget would likely break down within two weeks—which felt more like a sales tactic than genuine advice. That said, I do appreciate his deep knowledge of his vehicles and his confidence in what he sells. Just wish the approach had been more respectful of my budget.
