If you’re having issues with orders or refunds, you’re not alone. Many customers are reporting the same problems across the following sites:

Common issues include taking payment for items not in stock, long delays, and refunds not being processed despite repeated requests. These are not isolated cases.

It is understood that the police are actively investigating these sites, as is Action Fraud. Please be very careful before sending them any money.

A support group has been created for customers of any of the above companies who feel they may be victims of something more than just a delayed refund.

The worst service, support doesn't respond at all. Orders aren't processed, they're scammers.

Worst company ever I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months. They are scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I can’t stress that enough…

What a rubbish company .ordered a part in January sill waiting. Have asked for a refund sill waiting just come up with excuses after excuses. Don't use this company.

I ordered a Maxton splitter on the 10th July which I got a confirmation email stating my part will arrive within 4-7 business days...3 weeks past and they haven't dispatched my order stating the part wasn't in stock and they would have to order it from their suppliers...a further 6 weeks of excuses... explaining difficulties with their supply chain, they offered me a refund stating I should receive it within 14 business days...after 21 business days I still hadn't receive my refund, it was more excuses blaming their finance company, I eventually got my money back via my bank.

Ordered Gaskets as showed they were in stock.
A few days later I messaged them to find out dispatch date and was told they are not in stock and would take 3 weeks. I asked for a refund and after a few days was told it would take 14 working days to be processed...still waiting after a month...Don't use!!!

Ordered a battery, took my money despite not having one in stock, advised me it would take another 3 weeks to get one only after I chased the non delivery. Requested a refund. Took 5 weeks from requesting a refund to actually getting my money back, No answer on the phones, emails answered at 4.00 in the morning each time with promises never kept. Despite assurances of refund within 12 to 14 Business days, daily emails, it still didnt happen. Dreadful rip off company.

Ordered a part with a delivery forecast of 3 days, emailed them just after a week, no response, waited another week emailed again and was told there was a delay from the supplier (Maxton) and could be another 14 day wait. After a total of 6 weeks I had to ask for a refund as this was ridicules, refund took 3 weeks and that was only because I went through my bank! After confirmation of the refund I went direct to Maxton and had the part in my possession within 3 days! Duco will have earnt interest on my money, where as I've had to pay interest on it. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade, read the reviews and steer clear.

I should've checked these reviews before ordering.

Made an order for a battery on the 31st of July. 7 days later I'm wondering where it is. I see they haven't even prepared it for dispatched. It's stuck on order confirmed.

I request a cancellation and refund.

The next day they acknowledge there's an issue and that they'll send the order as soon as possible.

I again respond immediately and tell them I don't want them to send it and I look forward to the refund. No acknowledgement.

Days later they send an email saying they dispatched it. I tell them they're wasting my time and I will refuse delivery.

Luckily PayPal processed the refund immediately. These guys must have a marker against their name for PayPal to instantly refund me.

The person in the email responding was Oliver Smith. I doubt that's the real name.

Terrible company.
Spent over £600 in total. Received a confirmation email ... now 7 days later and nothing. No dispatch, cant submit the online refund form because the order hasnt been fulfilled and now waiting to see if we get a reply to our email request for a refund before we got the banks fraud team involved. AVOID.

Hi. I would give zero star if possible! And if I had read reviews I would not have placed an order!! I ordered auto transmission fluid on 2nd July having read Internet advert saying delivery 2-3 days(missed the quote if available😕) the order confirmed and money taken. (PayPal) on 7th July unable to speak to anyone! Sent a text through there system! A rapid reply telling me they had none in stock and waiting a supply 3-4 weeks. I waited another week for any progress by text (no one ever answers the phone leave a message!) again told it would be dispatched as soon as in stock. Again the initial time lapse. I ordered from other suppliers and got my goods in 3 days. NEVER OFFER OF ORDER CANCEL AND REFUND. SO I RESOLVED BY PAYPAL REFUND. WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE Ordering!!!

Ordered a part (SIERRA INTERNATONAL LLC 18-3499 Fuel Pump), 9 days later they said it would be double the price and another 7 days. Requested to cancel, nothing back initially so ended up raising a paypal compliant.

Ordered a part for my van a week ago still not received the part or an expected delivery date I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone but had no reply avoid this company they are terrible

Rogue’s fraudulent seems their taking folks money for nothing scammers don’t buy avoid them I’m going to prosecute via trading standards also police for theft by deception

Wish i'd read the reviews before ordering from this outfit. No dispatch, no delivery, no response. Thankfully done through paypal and an immediate refund. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere!

I ordered a part for quad bike used for work and forgot about it. I checked a week later and had not received any order confirmation or tracking details. I emailed the firm and they responded a day later to say the item was out of stock and would take 2-3 weeks to source the part. I ended up buying the same part through an actual supplier near me for £5 more. I'll be sure to read reviews of suppliers in future. Bad experience. Lesson learned.
