Shocking delivery service
I ordered Pokémon TCG packs at £3.50 each which is great value - however this was 8 days ago, and I am still yet to receive them. I decided to buy over £50 worth to get free delivery, but they must use the cheapest delivery option possible. Hermes has had the parcel for 6 days and not even attempted delivery yet. Not able to contact Hermes on my end so please, sort it out Duke’s gaming. Just having cheap product prices isn’t enough, especially in this day and age.

Newbie to TT Gaming
Never had the opportunity to play any table top gaming before, so I popped into Dukes at the start of May and spoke to Luke and some of the regulars in there. Long story short they made me feel very welcome, were helpful, informative and genuinely passionate about all the games in there. They also don't mind all 1000 questions that I have about Warhammer every time I visit. I have since gotten into Warhammer, especially the building, painting and lore side of the hobby, and I wouldn't have discovered it without Duke's Gaming's continued support and friendly nature! Highly recommend
