From the ordering process through to delivery, the Duxbury’s team have been outstanding. Offering to store our garden furniture over the winter was a real bonus. We’re really pleased with the Hartman furniture, it’s great and really good quality.
We dealt with Emma who was very personable, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Great service - we would highly recommend.

We visited a number of showrooms around the northwest and Duxburys for us came out on top due to the range of furniture on display and helpful staff. If you are looking to buy garden furniture this family owned business is a must. Don't buy off Amazon go check out the quality first and you will be supporting a local business.

The service from start to finish was superb. Honestly, one of, if not the best company we’ve ever purchased from. We were in search of an outdoor table and chairs, and the range available in their showroom was truly impressive. Their knowledge and customer service were unparalleled! We had quite a specific setup in mind, and they were incredibly accommodating. To top it off, the delivery drivers were just as friendly and polite! We were recommended to go to Duxburys whilst looking for an outdoor corner sofa. We didn't bother going anywhere else! Fantastic customer service & no hard sell. Found what we wanted & Claire very helpful. Arranged a mutual date for delivery & the two delivery guys removed all the packing & carried the sofa into the back garden. We will definitely recommend to friends & family, great to be able to compliment good service. Doesn't happen often these days!

Great company to use, nothing is too much trouble. Held items until i could check measurements. Complimentary coffee while we made a decision. Held my furniture to my delivery date and that was seamless as well. Highly recommend for quality furniture that will last for yearz.

The staff are very helpful and informative about their products, but not pushy. They leave you to have a goid luck round and try the furniture to decide which is best for you.

Fantastic ! I am a true believer in buy local and supporting local businesses as the service is always given with 100% . Not a mark to drop off with this Company. I bought a Pergola that is of top quality and looks amazing. Duxburys also passed me the details of a gentleman that would fit it for me called Mark Wright. With contact from Emma to sort out all delivery that was truly accommodating and delivery by Gary - very courteous and their liaising with Mark to ensure everything went well was excellent. The fitter they were able to recommend I too would.
This is by far an amazing family run business that deserves a visit to purchase as you will not be disappointed .
