I used product only a couple of months and quit working. Contacted customer service and that model had been discontinued. So they sent me the replacement model entirely free no shipping and came very quickly.
Five years ago, I inherited a condominium that's located next to a hill with oak trees growing over the roof of my condo and covered with a thick layer of ivy. When the ivy was wet or damp from rain, the mosquitoes covered my front door and yard lights like a plague.
I did my research and decided to try a one-acre DynaTrap; it was an excellent decision.
It took about a week to rid my my yard and front patio of all bugs including moths and mosquitoes.
Since the time that I purchased the DynaTrap, it has performed perfectly. When I purchased the trap, I bought extra black lights thinking I would need them. My DynaTrap, has been running 24/7 for 5-years and the replacement lights are still in their original package.
I do use the mosquito bait and I believe it helps attract bugs to the black light. My compliments to the designers of this product; this machine does its job perfectly.

Tried this for a couple of summers. It only attracted and killed moths. I even put an attractant in it and it still didn't work.
I purchased my DT152 on November 19, 2023 and have only plugged the unit in three times due to a lack of bugs inside. Then when plugged for the first real use, the light was not working. It would be impossible for the light to burn out without really using it...the fan is working fine...so I wanted to see what their advice is. I was told that since using the USB unit out of the USA, that they are not designed to work outside of the USA...when USB is the universal charger for the planet...works everywhere and should work with this unit. I was told they won't help me. It is a tiny light that quit working on the third plug rendering it USELESS to me. I can't even use it as a fan since it pulls air in. Such a horrible purchase. About $40 for this waste of a product. If I get another to use in the USA, it would not be this company since it broke so so so easily...and just no help on the other end.
