He was persistent and cleared the problem in a short space of time. The pipe work was complex in an old building. He planned carefully, was safety conscious, calm, polite and there was no mess. Thanks very much.

Awful company. Dishonest and poor communication. Overcharge. Quoted over £700 for a job that a more professional firm later did for £120. Dirty work practices, squirting air freshener around is not the same as wiping up after yourself. Take the time to find alternatives, you'll be glad you did.

These are the worst plumbers in the…
These are the worst plumbers in the world and the worst customer care. They installed the water pump at my property, never left any documents so i am not sure whether the pump is new and i do not have any guarantee, the pump is leaking, they are not answering the phone, i have tried to get hold of them for 5 days being on hold for all together 6 hours, no answer. There is a damage to the flat beliw. Incredible just stay away from them and i can see how i can raise a legal case against them.

Repair to manhole cover
The manhole cover on my driveway was very unstable and in danger of collapsing. Luke at DynoRod replaced the cover and made stable the surrounding area. Very pleased and relieved. Job well done.

Quick, Diligent and Informative Service
My engineer was Mitchell H, I couldn’t speak any more highly of him! He arrived promptly, sorted out my draining issues quickly and diligently and also provided helpful advise on how to prevent future blockages and potential maintenance/ remedial work in the future.
As regards to Dyno-Rod rod team overall, they were polite and responsive to my booking request at short notice. Although there was an issue on the initial date of the appointment where the engineer did not attend as apparently they could not contact me on my provided number (but did not leave a voicemail to that effect), this was quickly remedied when I called up the next day and was able to arrange a next day appointment with no issues.

Andy (for it was he) turned up promptly, quickly had the sink U-bend off and efficiently destroyed the blockage, re-assembling the pipework and cleaning up in all of 15 minutes. A great guy !

With a blocked sink in the kitchen we were looking at a ruined weekend we were having friends over. It were stressed and thinking of other arrangements.
However George C from Dyno-rod arrived and could not have done a better job. He was professional, efficient and explained the root cause as he fixed the issue. He also made sure the area was cleaner and tidier than when he arrived!
