The engineer turned up on time and was amazing at demonstrating both the issue and its proceeding remediation. The relief of the outcome (of the repair) was extremely satisfying and I would always recommend Dyno rod on this basis

The engineer who attended appeared to have little idea on how to address the problem. He took a number of photographs which didn't seem to identify the source of the leakage and seemed to have poor communication skills. He was ready to issue a quote an exorbitant amount without any definition of the work to be carried out. I would seriously avoid this company

Extremely rude person who answered my call I can’t believe a company of this stature would employ such a rude customer service representative. The actual gentleman that fixed our drains was amazing but service like this needs to stop.

I called Dynorod for a blocked toilet…
I called Dynorod for a blocked toilet and Keir came and did a brilliant job for me. He said roots were causing problems as well and sorted that out as well as unblocking toilet. Can’t recommend him enough for going the extra mile. Job well done 👍

Had a blocked drain, engineer came out within 3 hours of me ringing and got everything unblocked and working again,can’t fault anything from the initial call to the engineer arriving and doing the work…First Class service wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
