Absolutely blown away what a fabulous service. No issues and my 80 year old mum can relax in the knowledge that her drains are now working again. I really appreciate the service provided and you worker who attended was fantastic.

Unsatisfactory
Unsatisfactory. Sent by British Gas Home Care to repair radiator leak. Reported the problem as fixed - it wasn’t. Came back following day , couldn’t fix it.

Quite disenchanted with the poor service provided by Dyno. Had paid for the emergency cover still the job was not done by dyno. Would not recommend this company!

Brilliant and timely service from…
Brilliant and timely service from Lewis. We were kept updated from start to finish and it was completely pain-free. Lewis helped us understand what would be covered by our insurance and was meticulous in finding the source of the leak and putting in a proper fix rather than a ‘quick’ job.

Toilet replacement
I had to take one star off because the toilet was broken when it was opened. The plumber went to pick up a new one which meant it could be fitted today which I needed. The plumber Paul deserved 5 star was friendly and helpful, he worked really hard and because he was prepared to go collect replacement I didn't have to be without a toilet.

Second time I have used Dyno Rod in last few months. Again absolutely faultless. Came when they said they would which is very rare these days and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem.

I was kept informed from beginning to…
I was kept informed from beginning to end. Had a call late afternoon from plumber who was about 3 hours away but we had isolated the water leak and was willing to wait until sunday morning when a local plumber would be available. Happy with that. Plumber came sunday morning and fixed the leak. Good service. Well done.

Leaking pipe fixed!
We had a leaking pipe which needed replacing. The engineer was EXTREMELY fast and efficient. Friendly and did a fantastic job. Had all the tools with him and fixed the job perfectly. Very happy! Thankyou!
