The dyno rod rod team rang ahead to let me know when they would be arriving. Three people arrived all were polite friendly and helpful. The leak was located, dug out repaired and the ground reinstated and surrounding area cleaned. The day rate stated on the phone was not charged in full, charging was based on less than a full day which was a great relief. I could not recommend these people more highley.

We had an issue with a leaking pipe with the hot water supply in the kitchen. Perry the plumber called in advance and arrived at the time he stated. Although the issue was behind the kitchen cabinet Perry very quickly worked out what the issue was and everything he needed to fix it. Even with limited access he carried out the repair very efficiently.
Perry was first class in the way he operated from start to finish.

Recently had the pleasure of 2 engineers Sam & Morgan, installing new radiators and adding an additional 2, from the moment they arrived, they kept me informed as to how things were going, at times i needed to access the house, at all times they ensured the areas were clear from clutter, being disabled this meant alot to me. would not hesitate to use the company agian. congratulations on meeting my high standards

Left my job unfinished, leaking ceiling with 2 babies. Didn’t tell me there was an extra payment to be paid. Would not send the engineer out until I paid. Would NOT recommend.

We needed an emergency plumber and the…
We needed an emergency plumber and the guys arrived within two hours from us phoning. The job was challenging but the the two guys dealt with it without making too much mess and got us back up and running in just over three hours of solid work. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount charged for the job. Both of the gentleman were helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use the company again, very pleased!
