The emergency appointment was made for between 1 and 6 pm. Jack arrived not long after 1, did an excellent job fixing the problem promptly and leaving no mess behind.

Water leak fixed by Jack
Jack, called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and dealt with it in a polite and highly professional manner. He quickly identified the fault and was able to resolve in a prompt and effective way.

Excellent service came out within three hours of our call and fixed the leaking wash basin
No fuss and cleaned up after removing the old piping. Found the problem and replaced with new connections.
Tested numerous times to ensure all's ok

Ben was brilliant on a difficult job!
Ben came to our house at 8.15am, which was superb from a timing aspect that suited us well. He was very polite and knew exactly what the job required, which in my opinion, was going to take a long time and result in a revisit due to having to buy a specialist part. However Ben worked in a logical sequence and finished the job within a couple of hours. Everything was left tidy and clean. Highly recommend DYNO and in particular, Ben!

Efficient service
Jack fixed the issues we had with our water pressure and showers. All now working great.Very efficient and personable. Booking system and contact regarding appointments and prior to arrival was really clear. Would highly recommend.

Ben from Wrexham came to sort the…
Ben from Wrexham came to sort the problem of a blocked drain.
He told me that this was not the work he normally does. However he set to and using a set of rods which he had purchased recently for personal use, he rodded the drain
from two directions vigorously and persistently and eventually freed the blockage.
Ben was very professional and worked extremely hard to solve the problem.

Traced and fixed leak between meter in path and property.

Brilliant service. We had water coming through the ceiling. The engineer came around quickly and fixed the fault and left everything working beautifully. Great service and super professional Thank you, it was such a massive relief!
