Ian put the camera down the toilet and saw no blockage, but identified the problem, an airlock. From his plumbing experience he explained what needs to be done to fix it so I can tell my plumber. Great job.

Was so grateful for the 24/7 service…
Was so grateful for the 24/7 service after discovering a blocked toilet at my elderly mother’s home late in the evening . The engineer arrived in the dark within the allocated time slot and did a thorough job of unblocking the toilet and entire drainage system . He was very professional and polite and gave advice on how to rectify issues with the system that may have contributed to the blockage . Would recommend, thanks.

Kept informed all the way through of when arriving. When he arrived I explained the problem. Guy got straight on it. Told me exactly what he was doing. Fixed problem in short time.
