All good , excellent way to earn reward points.

They are a great reward company l have been with them for a number of years.

I have been member of eRewards for many years and have had done a lot of surveys and enjoying the different type of survey and at the same time enjoying getting the rewards so I can redeem the rewards i earned to Velocity Frequent Flyer points enable me to fly interstates from time to time.

I love the ease of your surveys and the topics

Surveys are regular and easy to complete.
I joined from a Velocity points offer and I am unable to change this to get different rewards

I like the structure of the program and almost all of the surveys are well constructed and interesting. The problem I have is fairly recent and relates to access. The emails about available surveys now arrive around 2-3am and by the time I open them all I get is a survey loading message, which it never does.

Sends daily emails to advise surveys available, when I log in there are none! Also if you are travelling the website doesn't work from anywhere but Australia so you can't earn points. The range of rewards isn't great. There are better options for doing surveys.

its good, but its hard to redeem or to earn rewards. System is simply does not work and more often does not work.

The reviews can be educational and informative to the reviewer as well as instilling a sense of satisfaction that one is helping with lifestyle formation.

Very easy to claim rewards.
Not intrusive but some times surveys can be a ‘bit long winded’.

Most of the rewards can only be claimed once every 90 days. For example, to claim a $25 Woolworths voucher, I spend 7,500 points. After that, there is nothing to tell me when I will be able to claim another one. If I try to claim one before the 90 days has expired, I am forced to go through the whole process of PIN verification before it tells me I cannot proceed with the claim. There should be some easily visible way of knowing when the next reward can be claimed. Also, 90 days (3 months) is far too long to have to wait.

Easy to navigate and quick to complete

I get lots of surveys to do of varying lengths and have accumulated lots of points to spend. Quite interesting surveys too. Some rewards you can access each 24 hours but some you have to wait 90 days before you can get more of the same which is a pain. (other survey company's limit to 24 hours)

Good opportunity to collect points monthly.
