One Star is too much!
They are removing all bad reviews everywhere and blocking the People. No Answer when you have Questions.
They also adjust their 'terms and conditions' so that they don't have to pay anything back to the People. Never attending an E&A Event ever again!

Ich habe Ticket nur gekauft, weil bekannt gegeben wurde, dass D-Block & S-te-Fan da sein werden. Als das Line-Up komplett war, waren sie nicht mehr dabei! Auch andere Kunden haben zuvor nur aufgrund dieser Ankündigung Tickets gekauft.
Dann wurden die AGBs geändert. Es wurde u.a. hinzugefügt, dass der Veranstalter bei globalen Gesundheitsgefährdungen nicht Ersatz leisten muss. 2 (!!!) Tage vor dem Event wurden zwei von drei Floors ersatzlos gecancelled ohne Alternativen oder irgendwelche Erstattungen irgendeiner Art. Als Grund wurde der Corona Virus angegeben, das ganze sei eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme.
Also wird der Virus nur ein vorgeschobener Grund sein. In der Community geht die Annahme rum, dass der Veranstalter einfach nicht genug Tickets verkauft hat und somit den Virus als Ausrede genutzt hat. Und wie bereits gesagt - der Veranstalter hat jegliche Art von Erstattungen ausgeschlossen. Er kassiert also den vollen Ticketpreis, ohne zu liefern.

Leider kann ich diese Agentur und das Event "Don't let daddy know" nicht empfehlen und rate jedem ab hierfür Tickets zu kaufen, da es sein kann, dass die Djs, wegen denen man die Tickets in erster Linie überhaupt erst gekauft hat, in letzter Minute grundlos gestrichen werden.

Even 1 star is too much. Worst organization ever. Canceld 2 stages with very bad arguments, and then quickly adjust their 'terms and conditions' so that they don't have to pay anything back. While these new 'terms and conditions' were not there when people bought their ticket.

They are removing all bad reviews everywhere and then have employees or former employees of their company write positive reviews everywhere, and then changing the names to fake people. They commit pure fraud. Be a shame of yourself

Decide on how to deal with corona virus situation for DLDK very unprofessional. Two days before event they reduced from 3 stage to 1 main stage. Days before they posted ads all the time that the tickets were almost sold out, the DJs and 3 stages. Why would not you just cancelled the event and refund to people? How reducing to 1 stage will save more people from corona? So ridiculous. You get all the money and don't care anymore...

Be careful, they are scammers! Never attending an E&A Event ever again! Sem vox is deleting all the negative reviews on google, the new 5 stars reviews are fake to cover up. Be aware!

EA Events scammed 20.000 people for the DLDK event in Amsterdam cancelling 2 of the 3 stages and not offering refunds after EDITING their terms! They are deleting all bad google reviews.

Zouden een voorbeeld moeten nemen aan ultra en tommorowland. Gaan alleen voor eigen gewin veel minder aanbieden maar wel tegen de eerder betaalde prijs onder het mom gezondheid. Nee hebberigheid noemen we dat.

They change the terms & services of their events. We call it scammers, they call it “changing their policy”. They canceled 2/3 of the artists without our permission, without any refunds. Their excuse is the corona virus, but if desease if the reason, why don’t you cancel the whole event? Now you cancel 2/3 of the artists and 2 stages. Without our permission!

Es geht um das Event "Don't let daddy know" Amsterdam 2020.
Alles, also wirklich alles lief unprofessionell und zum Ungunsten der Kunden.

Chronologisch:
1) Bevor das lineup bekannt gegeben wurde, wurde angekündigt und Werbung gemacht, dass D-Block & S-Te-Fan da sein werden. Überraschung! Als das lineup bekannt gegeben wurde, waren sie nicht mehr dabei! Etliche Kunden haben zuvor nur aufgrund dieser Ankündigung Tickets gekauft.
2) Rund 2 Wochen vor dem Event wird bekannt gegeben, dass Nicky Romero aufgrund von Problemen bei den Flugbuchungen nicht kommen kann. Meine Meinung dazu: Djs werden Monate, sogar Jahre im voraus gebucht, wie kann es da sein, dass 2 Wochen vor dem Event irgendwas mit den Flugbuchungen nicht klappt? Die Flüge werden sicherlich ebenso etliche Wochen im voraus geklärt. Bis zu guter letzt wurde dennoch mit nicky Romero geworben, obwohl er nicht kommt.
3) Klammheimlich wurden die AGB geändert. Es wurde u.a. hinzugefügt, dass der Veranstalter bei globalen Gesundheitsgefährdungen nicht Ersatz leisten muss.
4) 2 (!!!) Tage vor dem Event wurden zwei von drei floors ersatzlos gecancelled ohne Alternativen oder irgendwelche Erstattungen irgendeiner Art. Als Grund wurde der Corona Virus angegeben, das ganze sei eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme.
Mir soll bitte mal jemand erklären, wo der Sinn sein soll, tausende Leute in einen Raum zu quetschen statt diese auf drei zu verteilen?! Die Gefahr, angesteckt zu werden oder Leute anzustecken ist exakt die gleiche. Also wird der Virus nur ein vorgeschobener Grund sein. In der Community geht die Annahme rum, dass der Veranstalter einfach nicht genug Tickets verkauft hat und somit den Virus als Ausrede genutzt hat, um 2 von 3 floors sowie etliche Djs, Caterer, Personal usw. zu cancellen und somit sehr viel Geld zu sparen. Und wie bereits gesagt - der Veranstalter hat jegliche Art von Erstattungen ausgeschlossen. Er kassiert also den vollen Ticketpreis, ohne zu liefern. Ca 40% der Djs kommen nicht, obwohl sie angekündigt wurden.
