Had a hearing test here today .. my ‘consultant’ didn’t introduce himself and didn’t smile not even once! Certainly was not welcoming. He didn’t even seem like he was listening to me, wasn’t interested in what I had to say and was just going through the motions .. customer service score = zero ! I was here referred by MEDEFER but I’m glad I didn’t pay to see him .. very strange man indeed! The receptionist was however lovely !

I managed to get a really quick appointment. Easy to find with parking.
The professionalism and treatment given was excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

Highly recommend this gentleman at the ear care clinic... I was in so much pain with my ear... prompt appointment... patient & professional... thankyou so much...

had an appointment to syringe my ears and i have to say the gentleman who sorted this was very professional and explained everything that was going to happen before and after treatment , would definately recommend couldnt have asked for better treatment

Had a problem with a build up of ear wax. Couldn’t get an appointment for over a week at Boots.
Contacted Ear Care Clinic, and was treated at home within an hour. Fantastic service, for a reasonable price. And Haroon was very professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Had wax in both my ears more in the left been using otex for last few days but to no prevail. I messaged ear clinic Sunday morning and within in 15 mins I received a call & I had an appointment at 1pm.
Very professional explained what the ear syridge would entail .within in 5 mins both ears are wax free .10/10 well worth the price !!

Had a same day home visit for my 11 year old daughter. Was amazing to watch the procedure to remove the buildup and there was a lot. Massively recommend this company. I booked for a home visit for the removal of wax in one ear. Haroon, the audiologist, came on time. He put me completely at ease and explained the procedure he was going to carry out. After removing the wax, he talked a little about how hearing worked and sent me a WhatsApp video of my ear drum! I'll bet not many people have seen their own ear drum.
In all, if I could give 10 stars I would.

I recently visited the ear care clinic, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The audiologist was incredibly professional, helpful, and caring. After the ear wax removal procedure, my hearing has improved tremendously. I can now hear so much better. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of ear care. Thank

I have an issue with my ears building up with wax and have been to many different places however ear care clinic was by far the best experience and outcome I’ve had. State of the art equipment was used and I was able to hear clearly! Would highly recommended
