Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling, booked the vehicle to be picked up at 08:30. Received a call at 8:29 to be told they didn't have my vehicle and they did not know when they would receive it. They then said they would call when they had more information on its arrival and when it arrived. These calls never arrived. I had to ring back to find out if a vehicle had been dispatched, which it had. They said they'd call when it arrived, after a few hours had past I decided I couldnt wait any longer so rang to find out when it would arrive only to be told it had arrived and they had forgotten to phone me.
Upon arriving the customer service was exceptionally poor, no apology was made and the whole process was painfully slow.
There were many hidden charges which I am sure are hidden in the small print, but my biggest problem was with the customer service.
I would not recommend to a friend and I will actively rate this company as poor online unless I hear from them.

Hi Nick,
We can see you booked with 16 hours notice for a van at one of our smaller branches who unfortunately did not have that size available. They called as soon as they opened and saw the booking to let you know they would track one down for you from the nearest depot and you were given a much larger van free of charge.

Great Customer Service
Had read mixed reviews, but the service I received was excellent.
The Van I originally booked had engine problems so Jamshed offered me a larger van at no extra cost, my only concern was the size as I was using the van to drop off rubbish to the tip, and I knew there were restrictions on size.
Jamshed then phoned the Council and spoke with the Supervisor at the Tip to make sure I would be allowed in.
Can’t fault the service or price, would definitely use again.

Unfortunately, you have been placed on the 'Do Not Rent' list due to not paying for fines racked up in our rental vehicles over the last year. You will not be permitted to hire from any Easirent location in the UK, Ireland or USA in future.
