Easybus Opiniões 

Affordable, reliable, punctual and a very professional service. Never had a problem with them and regularly use them to travel to or from Gatwick, Luton or even Stansted airport. Surprisingly it is cheaper to book tickets via easyBus then booking it directly with National Express! If you book early you get tickets as cheap as £1.99. But if you’re booking at last minute then expect to pay much more.

The bad reviews were worrying, but the cost was so low that we thought we'd give them a chance.

We were suprised that we had a fantastic experience on every part of our journey (4 bookings). We travelled from London Victoria to Gatwick Airport, a return journey from Geneva to Prodains (Avoriaz) and also the final journey home from London Luton to Finchley Road.

All of the services were on time. We were even let on an earlier bus as there was space. Fast, no fuss, fantastic low-cost airport transfer.

Expérience déplorable .Navette pour départ des Prodains /Morzine a 7h30 destination Genève pour avion à 11h.
A 8h,aucun véhicule et aucune info malgré un mail adressé sur leur site .
Appel d’urgence d’un taxi ,départ à 8h30 et arrivée de justesse pour avoir l’avion .(coût 200€)
Réclamation effectuée, Easy bus reconnaît le problème et regrette mais n’est responsable de rien selon les conditions de vente et ne prend en charge aucune dépense due à ses défaillance ..
Merci Easy bus , c’est peut-être moins cher que d’auttes mais le service et le sérieux ne sont pas au rv .A ÉVITER...

I think that easybus is selling airport transfer tickets behalf of other coach companies without checking their timetable. They sold to me an airport transfer ticket behalf of National Express. But there was no National Express Service on that date&time. When I asked for refund, they said to me that I need to contact to National Express but my money has taken by easybus. If you want to go to Stansted & Luton airport, buy your tickets from National Express or Airport Bus Service directly. Otherwise you can wait at the bus stop for nothing forever :)

Complained a year ago about this company - absolute disgrace then and seems they haven't changed a thing. Don't even be tempted by cheap prices, buses from Geneva to morzine are non existent. Used a different company this year and worked perfect. If others can do this then you have no excuse. Shame on you Easybus.

I used Easy Bus to get from Morzine to Geneve Airport. The bus came right on time. The driver - Manuel - is friendly and punctual. It was a pleasant trip to Geneva.

My boyfriend and I used Easy Bus to get from Geneva Airport to Chamonix. The bus came right on time and was so convenient. Our driver, Catalin was very friendly and helpful. This was a cheap and perfect way to get to and from Geneva to Chamonix.

I booked and Easy Bus Transfer from Chamonix to Geneva Airport on Jan 7th at 0715 in the morning. I arrived at the Bus stop 20 minutes early and there were 3 other passengers there, we were all connecting with flights.
The bus simply didn't turn up. Nobody from Easy Bus contacted us , there was no way to contact them. By 0800 2 passengers had arranged a private taxi to take them to the airport and I had to organise a lift which I shared with the other passenger.
This is totally unacceptable in in itself but now I am finding it impossible to find a way to get my refund. I have posted on their contact page but having read other complaints it looks unlikely that I'll get a response or my money back.
I am a very regular flyer with Easy Jet and find them very good but Easy Bus should be avoided at all costs if you have a flight to catch.
Stelios, if you've got any sense and don't want to really damage your brand I'd take a serious look at your Easy Bus operation, it stinks.

Dall aeroporto di Stansted a Liverpool street, il mio bagaglio viene perso o rubato durante il viaggio con una fermata a Stratford. 4 giorni a Londra senza bagaglio. Al ritorno faccio subito reclamo in quanto la compagnia è pienamente responsabile delle persone e degli oggetti che trasporta (lo dice il contratto). Dopo un mese di solleciti mail e chiamate a vuoto si fanno vivi dicendo: “ormai è passato troppo tempo per la denuncia non rimborsiamo ne la perdita ne il disagio!!!” Passo la pratica al legale. Nel frattempo vi auguro di fallire!

The service is ok. Especially for the price. But sadly I am rating it with 1 as their ability to take care of problems if they occur are non existent. I had a ticket on a National Express bus bought through Easybus and I was just not allowed to board because National express had problem with their previous service and therefore they would not take the people who had eaasybus tickets even if they were there at the right time. Total disaster.

I had a booking for return trip from Geneva airport to Chamonix on 12th of September and 17th of September.
The first journey started with 1h15 delay and without any excuse from the driver or the person in charge at the airport.The was an accident in the tunnel to Chamonix so I just asked them to drop me at Servoz which is just before the tunnel so I don't need to be picked up by my mom(blocked also by the accident) and wait stuck in the traffic and then wait in Chamonix. So from the airport to Chamonix it took me 4h45min to get home. Unacceptable and no sign of taking my asking as important,the girl at the ariport seemed so bored and unfriendly.
Then on the way back from Chamonix, the driver had 15 min delay and so rude with an old person who just put their luggage in the bus before showing his ticket to the driver. The driver almost threw his bag with a drone inside from the bus and refused to leave if the passenger didnot put his hand bag in the storage. We had to ask him to leave because we have flights to catch.
How it is possible to have this type of people serving your customers. I think this is really unacceptable and this poor old man was so upset..... I don't have the words to explain and then during the driving the driver was cursing and talking instead of paying attention to the road. DANGEROUS

They provide the WORST service ever.
I tried to tell an experience I had with them on Facebook, and they eliminated my comment and banned me INSTANTLY.

Anyway, the experience was that I paid 20 pounds to the driver, to just carry my luggage into their bus. Another day, no bus passed to the designed location (not even the next 3 buses), and I had to pay 50£ for a cab.

I mean.. there are better solution. This is just the worst one you could get..

Efter en ferie i London havde vi booket to billetter med EasyBus fra indre London til Luton Airport. Vi bookede en tidlig bus, for at være sikre på, at vi havde god tid til security osv. når vi kom ud i lufthavnen. Vi ankom til busstoppestedet 30 minutter før afgang, da det blev anbefalet, at man dukkede op senest 15 min før. Og vi ventede... og vi ventede... vores bookede med afgang kl. 07:15 dukkede aldrig op. Vi tænkte, at den nok bare var forsinket, og at vi blot ville tage den næste bus, da vi var i god tid. Den næste bus gik kl. 08:05 og ankom - surprise surprise - HELLER ikke. Så begyndte vi at blive bekymrede, for vi skulle nå et fly. Efter yderligere 30 minutters ventetid begyndte vi at booke en taxa, men nåede ikke at booke før bussen ENDELIG ankom kl. 08:34. Busmanden kiggede på vores billet og sagde, at det var kunder med en "National Express" billet, der kom først i køen, fordi "vi jo ikke havde billet til denne afgang"??? Forfærdede over muligvis at misse vores fly bad vi desperat busmanden om hjælp, og til sidst forbarmede han sig og lod os komme med.

Undgå for alt i verden at booke med EasyBus! Der var ingen hjælp at hente i kundeservice, ingen information om de aflyste busser, og en "no mercy" holdning til vores billetter. Book et andet sted - det her er spild af penge!

I got the bus from Stratford to Stansted at 5.55pm due to arrive at 6.55pm. It is now 7.16pm and I am still sitting in the bus as the driver decided to take all the backroads and avoid the motorway. Lucadris. What should have been an hour journey is turning into a 2 hour journey. First time using easybus and never again. AVOID!!!?

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
THEY SUB CONTRACT MOST OF THEIR SERVICES TO OTHER COMPANIES. IN MY CASE, THEY SOLD ME A TICKET FOR A SERVICE THAT DIDNT EVEN EXIST. TRHEY MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ANY MEANINGFUL CONTACT AS THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THE JUST DONT RESPOND TO MESSAGES. IT EVENTUALLY TOOK THE THREAT OF COURT ACTION VIA A RECORDED DELIVERY LETTER TO ONTAIN A REFUND.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have allways loved easybus. Now, going to my trip, first, bus came 7 min earlier and i missed it. Because i feel that i should have come earlier, i was ok with it. Now, going back. Even though i had booked my ticket weeks in advance. I wasnt allowed on a bus because they allready but it full. I understand that i should have been earlier, but the Airport was busy and took really long. Still, 5 min should be enough, espessaly with prebooked tickets.

I am done with them.

2 years ago I swore I would never use their services because I got charged twice for my trip and never got refunded (despite numerous emails and complaints).

Unfortunately I thought that since so much time had passed things would be different and I booked with them last week... Not only did the bus never stopped, but the one after never arrived so I obviously missed my flight.

I wrote to them but doubt to hear back.

I highly DO NOT reccomend this company to anyone and I will personally make sure to never ever book with them again.

Arrived at the bus stop in Victoria 5 minutes before our bus was due to depart for Luton Airport. The coach was at the bus stop but no-one was to be seen - even when the departure time came and went. Ten minutes after we were due to leave I went and found someone who worked for Greenline. They advised that the service leaves every half an hour on the hour. This isn't the service I had booked on. The member of staff was very unhelpful, didn't take my concern about the late running of the bus seriously and when I asked him if he had a customer service number to call, advised me that I should speak to the driver (who was nowhere to be seen). The driver arrived 15 minutes after we were due to leave. Will not be using this service again.
