Easybus Opiniões 

I use easy bus a lot to and from London airports and they are good. However they are impossible to contact and I had a no show bus and was unable to get a refund. Also their website doesn't let you access your account from the iPhone and you have to use a computer which is useless. Love the brand but easy bus needs a lot of work. Use with caution and have a back up plan as they are not 100% trustworthy.

Don't be fooled to buy cheap tickets from this company. You will end up paying for new flight tickets and hotel because they do not show up in time...
After reporting a delayed an terrible ride from GVA apt to Chamonix, the company had not even the courtesy of excusing them selves, nor did they give me a comment to my experience. They have no manners, nor do they care of their customers. It is the worst company I have ever experienced. easyBus should not be allowed to run traffic and I strongly recommend everyone to find other another provider.
Our bus was running late and on the ticket it is stated that they have a desk at the airport....but that is NOT correct. No desk located at GVA apt. The only information we got at the the airport is that they are known to be running late. Nor do they a number to call... We were just lucky that this was on our way to holiday and not going home. In that case we would not have caught our flight..

This is a shambles, I wish I had read this first but assumed being part of a major brand like easy jet it would be fine.

Currently sitting in a hellhole hotel in Geneva after missing flight last night due to no bus turning up in les gets at 1615 yesterday. Was at pick up point at 1545 and at 5pm wife went off to find alternative whilst I stayed just in case. She returned at 1730 still no bus and we got an alpy bus to airport but missed flight.

I am 500 pounds out of pocket at the moment. Could not believe you can't phone it. There must be a way to make them liable.

Ho acquistato un biglietto del bus da Firenze a Pisa aeroporto. Nel biglietto non c'é scritto l'indirizzo dove prendere il bus ma solo una mappa poco chiara che indicava più o meno davanti alla stazione. Per fortuna ho chiesto ad un passante che mi ha detto che da molto tempo non si fermano più davanti alla stazione i bus ma a circa un km da lì. Ho corso per riuscire ad arrivare in tempo e quando arrivo l'autista mi dice che hanno comunicato ormai da mesi a easybus il cambio di fermata ma anche l'orario di partenza. Per fortuna avevo prenotato un orario in anticipo rispetto al volo altrimenti si rischia anche di perdere l'aereo. L'unica cosa che deve fare easybus è comunicare un luogo e un orario ed erano entrambi sbagliati...

We booked months ahead and they cancelled during our vacation for no reason outrageous company

I had a problem with easyBus not pitching, and it took an effort to get them to respond, then they said this "Please note by treating us with social media wont make any difference" Maybe but lets see.

I paid and reserved a seat on easyBus out of Chamonix to Geneva at 10.15 on Saturday evening. They just never bothered to pitch, leaving me stranded at midnight in the cold. Now they hiding behind their liability clause which leaves me out of pocket to the tune of EURO 80.00.

Booked multiple times with easy bus between central London and airports. One night bus didn't show up. Was lucky I had plenty of time to my flight and manage to get the next one after 2h of waiting.

Booked multiple times from Geneva airport to Chamonix. Apart from minor delays (10min) no problems until my last trip.18th Feb. Bus was late 1h due to "traffic". When finally arrived, driver took 15min break. Was literary no traffic on the way to Chamonix. But.. Even though late, driver took another 30min break during the journey. We just sat in a parking lot. Total of almost 2h delay.Outrageous!!! If law says to take break, please take it in between the service. While waiting 5 alpibuses arrived and left.. Now I need to leave to the airport, I'm concerned I'll be missing my flight.

e: Came back with a follow up after a few months. Luckily my return trip was fine and I manage to catch the flight. I'm going again to Chamonix in a week but this time I have booked my tickets with other company.

Our outward bound bus did not turn up, we got a text saying it was stuck in traffic and was delayed. There were other easybus shuttle around going to different destinations but the staff were rude and would not help us with our queries.
However it never showed and we were squeezed onto the late bus but there were not enough seats. we had to sit on suitcases and 3 to a seat.
On the return journey it was half hour late, the driver kept falling asleep at the wheel and we nearly missed our flight.
Clearly the staff are overworked and therefore the service is unacceptable. Pay more for the very reliable alpybus!

Rude. Cramped little tin mini bus. Previous bus service just never showed. No information.

No redeeming features.

Badly let down by Easybus at Geneva Airport - January 2017. The pre-booked bus did not turn up all evening (i was there at the meeting place early) and i had to then use another service to get to Chamonix. I have complained to Easybus but have no response - a truly shocking service

Même si on vous propose de vous transporter gratuitement, fuyez cette entreprise sauf si vous souhaitez louper votre avion et prolonger vos vacances.
Une véritable honte !

Booked bus from Stansted airport to London well in advance of date. Immediately received two emails within seconds of each other advising of 'minor' delays that amounted to one and a half hours! Obviously the timetable was a work of fiction. Decided to cancel booking and catch the train (much easier and quicker, worth the extra money). Easybus keeps half the money paid and holds the rest as a credit for future bookings. Something I'm not likely to do. So I've lost all my money because they failed to provide the service advertised.

Don't waste your time, I waited for over 2 hours for my bus and it never game. Avoid at all costs

Terrible service. Unreliable, no notifications available when the bus arrives, unclear directions where to wait for the bus. Unless you want to ruin your one day weekend ski trip and arrive there in the afternoon, just use the established bus service companies that Switzerland has to offer.

Since it was 3am I could not use public transport and had to arrange a taxi quickly which costed me more than my flight ticket.
Also couldn't even get much refund back since their website operate like an unreachable fraud company.

I would not recommend anyone relying on Easybus for their travels especially if they are catching a flight somewhere.

The staff member for the easybus that I took from Gatwick airport was so rude and rather than leaving at the given time, he then proceeded to talk with the other easybus driver! When some customers arrived late, he got back out the bus but did not put the handbreak on! Which meant the bus rolled without him on it. I know the service is cheap but come on, customer service is way below average. This is the first review I have ever written for anything so it's saying something.

Booked Easybus transfers Geneva to Les Gets and return. Bus at Geneva arrived a few minutes before departure time parked and the driver wandered off into the terminal. Bus parked hidden behind big coaches no signs to direct to stand. Finally left 15 minutes late.
Booked return at 18.15 from Les Gets Friday evening. Arrived 10 minutes before time as instructed. Bus did not arrive. Luckily was able to get an alternative transport to the airport in time for the flight thanks to Skiddy in Morzine.

Hi - This is an update to my earlier review. I used Easybus a second time following review below. The bus did not turn up at Morzine leaving myself and two other people with no way of getting to the airport at 5.45 am. I called other transfer companies and miraculously one was in the same depot as Easybus. She checked on the situation and called me back and said there was an error and the driver would be there in 20 mins. They arrived one and a half hours late and drove as quickly as they could and we just managed to catch our flight.

I cannot recommend them though and will probably not use them again.

Hi - Used Easybus for Morzine to Geneva transfer today. Very worried by all negative feedback. Went to check pickup point the2 days before and worried initially as no bus turned up. Checked the next day and the bus was there on time. Asked the driver why, he said there was no service on Tues and Weds. Our bus did turn up the next day but was a few mins late.
Although the web site won't let you make a booking in Tues or Weds it does not explain that there is no service.
In summary, make sure you know the limitations of the service and will be ok for you.

Followed instructions of where to meet at Geneva airport, no mini bus to be seen.A minute after our departure time turned to see The orange mini bus driving away up the road. The driver made no attempt to look for the missing passengers and we were only 100 yards away, whist the mini bus was hidden behind several Large coaches.
Cheap for a reason. The Easyjet brand is getting a bad name from the bus service.
Made sure we booked with another company to bring us back Not to be trusted.

My friend and I booked an Easybus from London Vauxhall to Gatwick airport a few months back. Two buses sailed past without stopping, despite there being several of us waiting and trying to hail them down. We ended up having to run to for a train instead to ensure we didn't miss our flights.

There are no contact details available to call Easybus and despite sending a refund request at least three times, I've heard nothing in response.

This is a terrible and dishonest business. I would never recommend Easybus to anyone.
