I came in to get a loan
I came in to get a loan, for the purpose of increasing my credit score. Was told that certain offers were just included in the loan, and that was not the case. Was definitely deceived and when I asked for a copy of the loan agreement, it took them 2 days to finally send it to me. Upon getting the copy, I noticed I was being charged for 3 different services that were "optional" and never was advised that I could have opted out of them, but was told they were included in the loan, which clearly they were not. I wouldnt recommended this company to anyone in the future, nor will I ever use your service again, after my loan is paid. Extremely unprofessional and clearly employees get paid for signing customers up for these plans that literally make the loan repayment double the cost. Very disappointed with the overall situation.
