I worked with Deepanshu Mendiratta for a process, their attention level and communication levels were great. With this experience i decided to work with them for other company requirements.

Now this was really a great experience! It's Friday afternoon and I just received my Emirati ID! And I only came here on Monday afternoon!

I had spent several days evaluating the various agencies which offering all pretty much the same. But when I looked at the Google reviews of the different agents, I got concerned because so many were obviously fake. Just think about it, an agent with tens of thousands reviews!!??

Anyways, I ended up contacting a few agencies, and Deepanshu at Easy Free Zone called me right back, suggesting a plan. Unlike the other agents that eventually contacted me, Deepanshu found a way to combine all different business activities under one company, which obviously saved me a lot. He also provided excellent advice, and he has been super responsive (besides being a really nice guy).

So, I chose Easy Free Zone, made the payment (no extra fees, they apparently do with only the commissions from the free zones). And from then on, it was so easy and fast. Deepanshu has been responding to all my emails within minutes. Within days, my documents were approved, business license issued, and I got my entry permit to travel to Dubai. I arrived on Monday 13:00, did the medical on the same day (Deepanshu set it up to be in walking distance to my hotel), got the response the following day and Deepanshu set up the biometrics. Got to do the biometrics at 7:25 am the next day and by the evening I had my Emirati ID number, ready to start with the bank account opening.

My tip: no need for VIP services for medical, the regular service is just fine and fast. Also impressive how fast the government here works, very service oriented.
