They have great customer services. It is really an easy way to enjoy Japanese food, saved me a lot of time. 4-star food, 5-star service I would say.

Food is delicious but damn small portions fr what you pay for.

Generally speaking the food is great! However, some of food packages opens, hope this can be improved.

I originally used Eatoo when organising a birthday party ( for 2 ) during lockdown. Usually we would celebrate with a Yakiniku ( Japanese BBQ ) and there are very few places to get appropriate meats in the UK ( sadly ). I found Eatoo quite late in the day after another supplier let me down and they were able to turn around a delivery extremely quickly for me at a time where they only delivered in London they also arranged to deliver to Cambridgeshire and were fantastic with their support throughout.

Since the website has been updated to be able to order anywhere within the UK and we have since ordered again and once again had a superb experience.

I do have coeliac though and wish the allergen information on the website was kept more up to date, I ordered some fish sticks and when they arrived they contained wheat but there was no mention of this on the website, unfortunately this meant they went in the bin and I hate wasting food :( I'm sure had I contacted them they could have given me updated information but it would be preferable for all allergens to be listed on their site and for it to be well maintained.

I would also mention that some of their meat is cut to be suitable for both bbq and shabu shabu ( hot pots ) so in some instances for bbq you would prefer it to be slightly thicker and shorter, but with more orders perhaps they can start stocking more bbq options.

Will continue to use and find Eatoo an exciting new supplier, I hope they grow and their range continues to expand so I can continue to enjoy bbq at home.
