Great service but
Great service, but for me, they look untidy when fitted, so removed next day. This is probably due to the pads spaning multiple colours and the disrortion incurred.

Tried to discuss with the customer to see what was sent, all we requested was a photo to see what was sent. Customer refused to do this which can only mean that they have ordered this wrong and don't want to admit their failings
Overall a good product
Overall a good product. Installation instructions quite scarce in English, I had to read the French version to see more details (i.e. the minimum temperature at which the tank and the grip should be warmed up in order to ensure a proper fixation).
Delivery time - approx. 1 week from UK to EU (Romania).
Unfortunately I had to pay VAT and custom tax at destination. I don't know how the guys from AliExpress manage to send packages from China to EU without such taxes.

Ordered the whole bike protection for…
Ordered the whole bike protection for my new Ducati Panagale v4 very poor fit to front nose cone !! Had to rip it back off. Have not bothered with the rest. Very disappointing. The product was brilliant when I done my Aprilia rsv4 ???

Best TANKGRIPS
Good communication during purchase, fast delivery of the product. Tankgrip from eazigrip glued to the tank and the ride is much better - used on a Honda CB 900 Hornet motorcycle. It is a motorcycle from 2003, but the tankgrip from eazigrip helps a lot when riding. I recommend it to everyone who wants "great support from the knees" with the possibility of riding "hands-free".

Poor fitting.
Poor fitting.
I have responded to Eazi. The items do not fit properly. Even the grips and tank pads are not fitting well. It is a poor design.
You sent me a picture where hardly anything can be seen. That said, I took this to a professional, and I have given you their details. The tank pad is not correct, nor are the grips. Unless you sent me the wrong items, then that would make sense.
I have shopped with you before but on this occasion it wasn't good.
