SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM

I received a call from ECBS and spoke to Kieron and he explained that we could be owed money back from a payment we were exempt from, upon this discussion he looked in to my bills and notified me that everything was in order apart from our current rates which i was told were high. He managed to get my renewal rates nearly half the cost of what we were paying...opened my eyes he is our Geordie angel.

Excellent customer service from Kieron - couldn't recommend him enough. He managed to more than halve our energy bills and then, just as we had decided which deal to go with, up he popped with an even better one! Will definitely use ECBS in the future!

Absolutely brilliant support from Daniel Hackett. He's now handling all of my business utility contracts going forward and I have nothing but confidence I'm in the right hands.

They won't hound you every 10 minutes like other companies but keep you updated on all relevant goings on and also catch all of the little quirks and changes going on in the every shifting energy world- leaving me to actually be able to do my work rather than sitting on hold for hours on end trying to deal with it myself!

Daniel's been helping me with a few problems we've had over the last few months from our previous contracts and has kept in touch throughout. He's friendly, honest, obviously knows his stuff, and I can rely on the fact he's only an email or phone call away should I have have any questions.

I've dealt with other companies in the past who've been nothing short of hardwork to deal with- Daniel and his team have been leagues ahead, have been totally transparent, and an absolute pleasure to work with and made my life a whole lot easier..

We were looking to get renewed energy contracts for the business and these guys had contacted us previously. Not being happy with our current suppliers we decided to give them a go. Professional from the outset, very quick in getting prices and very transparent about how the process worked and how they worked out their fees. The salesman Don Millican deserves a special mentioned for going above and beyond to get us the right price. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Kurt Metcalfe was extremely helpful dealing with our Energy needs. I'm not a fan of sales calls (like most people) but Kurt never came across that way on our initial contact. Kurt seemed genuinely helpful about what we wanted and after we were having a strained relationship with Black Sheep utilities who had previously looked after our energy needs, Kurt was simply a breath of fresh air!! We have now taken out a 3 year contract for Gas and Electricity after Kurt helpfully negotiated deals on our behalf having listened very carefully to our needs. All communication has been clear and transparent. Defo recommend ECBS to others.

Excellent help.
I dealt with Bryan, told him what we needed and that it needed to be easy and also I didn't want anything sending through, that made no sense and I had to read and still not understand.
He sorted everything out, our deals were cheaper, gave him more hoops to get through, but he sorted it all out with no issues at all.
Would definitely recommend using them, as all the hassle is taken away by allowing them to sort it.

Bradley Morton has been extremely helpful and informative. He has sorted out a major 18month problem with the old energy supplier and kept me updated at each step of the process. New rates were competitive and changing suppliers became stress free.

Bryan Lamport is an expert in his field and his customer service is excellent. He has been incredibly supportive throughout our energy contract renewals and got us a very competitive quotes. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident in his guidance during the process. He explained everything clearly in each stage and kept us up to date on the market trends and changes. Super transparent and patient with our decision making, and his approach was never pushy or aggressive. Thank you for all of your time and help Bryan!

Jordan (and Donna) provided exceptional customer service. I was in constant correspondence with them throughout the process of arranging our utilities and felt confident that I was being provided with thorough information. Every stage was explained well.

Rude conversations with an idiot called John. I'd agree with most of the information online that this is considered spam as they use outdated online information to make it sound as though they've been given permission to act. Absolute waste of time, every time he calls.

Very professional company, dealt with all matters relating to sourcing a new energy supplier with efficiency and kept me informed throughout the process was extremely pleased with Ross Berkley The Business Energy Specialist who managed to release me from my previous contract with ease and kept me informed at all times and was very courteous throughout, would highly recommend this company .

In amongst the continuous calls for our energy renewal Declan rose above the crowd with his chirpy outlook and postive attitude. He inspired confidence with the information given and insight to how world energy news impacted on prices in the past and for the future.

Fabulous company to deal with and Declan Strong in particular needs a big THANK YOU. He needs more than five stars for all his effort, time and lots of patience that he has given me and the company I work for over the last few months. How he has put up with me rambling on and on about numerous issues we had with our current energy supplier and now previous brokers I will never know. We have recently had our fingers burnt by brokers and suppliers, but Declan has regained our trust in the world of energy that there are good guys out there. Our current supplier owed us a lot of money and we had failed on numerous times to get a refund from this supplier. Declan went above and beyond to prove to our supplier that we did not owing them anything and this week we receive a refund back in our account for over 4K. We do not know how he achieved what others could not previously do, but he achieved a miracle in our eyes. He has been honest and professional from day one and taken on such a large challenge where others have failed. If you want a stress-free life sorting out new or existing business energy contracts, then Declan is your man. We will always be extremely grateful for everything he has done and now would not trust anyone else with our company energy accounts. Thank you, Declan for all the amazing work and determination you gave to us in order to achieve the best result ever. You deserve a medal having to deal with me daily 😊
