As an ib students, I find this platform extremely helpful because the teachers are professional they provide customised lessons for students.

this school has very knowledgeable teachers and is very flexible with the available times. I find it very helpful to take lessons with eChineseLearning because I have the opportunity to practice listening and speaking with real native speakers. that is probably the best way to learn a language!

I started my journey to learn Chinese 10 months ago and I am very thankful and glad that I chose this school in China.
The experience has been fantastic. My teacher is skilled, patient and understanding on how to teach non-native students .
I find the lessons engaging, interactive and very interesting and well-paced to
my needs . The 1 on 1 lesson is exactly what I was looking for when I decided to learn Chinese .
At this time I think that I have made pretty good progress in speaking and understanding the language .
Lastly I would like to talk about the administration staff- Mary and the other staff who have been very helpful and prompt in getting back to me whenever I have had questions or technical problems. They have replied to my text quickly and I really appreciate that.

I have greatly improved my Chinese, and I am planning to take part in HSK exam sometime next year. My tutor Nancy was a wonderful Chinese teacher who is extremely organized and patient. I am happy have made the right decision to use eChineseLearning as a trustworthy and reliable Chinese language learning partner.

Caden has been taking Chinese lessons with Teacher Talia for four months. The lessons are engaging and well-structured, using various methods to support learning and build interest. The teacher adjusts the course based on progress and provides consistent encouragement. With homework practice and strong after-class support via WhatsApp, Caden has made great improvement. We are very satisfied with both the course and the teacher.

I was longing to learn first of all everyday conversation with Chinese people, and later on also conversation about more complex topics like economy, world politics, social problems... eChineseLearning was wonderfully suited for that. In one-to-one lessons the teachers I had helped me master the basics of conversation about the weather, food and drink, transport, education... and the basics of Chinese grammar and orthography. Now I hope soon to be able to discuss the topics in the news... I highly admire the ability of the teachers to adapt to my wishes and topics and their kind and patient attitude towards an old man like me - I'm 76 now and I hope to continue learning with eChineseLearning for many more years!

We had tried other online Chinese learning institutions before, but they all followed a set curriculum and didn't adapt to our childen's paces, so after several years, the results were poor. After searching online for recommendations and taking trial classes, we finally chose this one. The teachers communicate with parents after class to ask for feedback, which allows for better interaction with the children. The teaching methods are flexible, making this our current favorite online Chinese learning institution.

Classes are fun and easy for kids to follow. Teachers are very friendly and patience and most importantly they work at child’s pace.

I've been taking lessons with the teachers at eChineseLearning for 4 years now, and I've had a tremendous experience. My teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and capable of helping students learn quickly. I'd recommend eChineseLearning to whoever wants to learn Mandarin.

I’m genuinely surprised by the automated email I received from eChineseLearning telling me what a “pleasure” it has been working with me and how “excited” they are about my Chinese progress — because I have never actually taken a lesson with them. That message alone shows how disconnected and impersonal their communication is.
I signed up for a trial class specifically because I was told the trial would be with the same teacher I’d continue with long-term. That teacher, Georgina, seems to have disappeared from their system completely. She is not available when trying to book ongoing lessons — so what exactly was the point of the trial?
I was then told to switch to another teacher, Laura, but she has zero availability for the next four weeks. The schedule is literally blank. So despite all their promises of flexible scheduling and personalised teaching, they apparently don’t have teachers available.
At this point, it’s clear that eChineseLearning simply can’t deliver what they advertise. There is no continuity, no follow-through, and almost no real human support. Everything feels automated, generic, and inconsistent.
If you’re looking for a reliable online Chinese-learning service with real teachers and real availability, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This platform has been nothing but delays, broken promises, and impersonal messages.
