Great customer service

Laura was most helpful. She listened to my issue and helped me with professional advice. I have been an Eclipse user for a number of years and have always found the customer service agents to be willing to go out of their way to assist with any of my queries. I was most impressed with Laura's service - thank you.

What a nightmare of a place to buy…

What a nightmare of a place to buy from. Description stayed 5g and they sent a 4g. They stated fair condition phone screen and a big chip and crack in it and one corner was that damaged the front and rear frames were separating. Took 8 buisness days to receive then 2 days for them to accually get back about the phone not being what I ordered. 2 more days to get a return postage label. They want to inspect the phone for damages before refunding me lol. So 8 more days for the post before they will receive it them they say up to 10 days till they will refund me. That's a month without my money or a phone and it was their error with a false description stating 5g capabilities. Do not buy from them they are very hard to deal woth and I was forced to do a bank transaction dispute to get them to action the complaint about not receiving a 5g phone like stated In the description.

Not going to try buying from them again.
Ordered a phone from them, tracking information said it was approved for shipping two days later then the tracking info didn’t update any further after that. Contacted post office after nearly 2 weeks, they said it hadn’t arrived despite expecting it to just a couple days after I ordered it. I emailed the seller about it, they said they’d look into it and then didn’t hear anything else from them so I emailed them again after two weeks asking them to either send me what I ordered or refund my money and they responded telling me the phone I ordered actually isn’t available even though I had already paid for it and shipping was approved. What?
They offered another phone, same model and colour just less storage, or a refund and I asked for the refund instead.
Honestly the only reason I’m giving them a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because they offered a substitute (even if it wasn’t the amount of storage I wanted) and didn’t try to argue with me about the refund and make things more difficult. I wouldn’t risk dealing with them again though.

Impressive support during and after problem was fixed

After having problems with my email account resulting from a glitch,after talking to Eclipse and Global 4 Communications, the problem was resolved and I was really impressed by being true to their word, the next day, I had a text saying it was fixed and shortly after a call from an engineer who apologised for the fault and stayed on the phone to ensure I was back online ! Thankyou Eclipse

Joke of a company

Don't work for her shes a jackal spirit if you don't know look it up she'll be nice to you one min and slag you off the next mess your wages up and blame you for not keeping your worked hours even though they are done on a automated system they will also keep you're p45 and you'll receive payslips when your not working there and won't be able to claim universal credit because a wage slip is issued for 6 weeks looking like you have been paid by hmrc but she won't accept that and legal action was needed against her

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Purchased a refurbished phone 'A grade, Excellent condition' got a phone with a broken camera and screen. When sent it back (after being told they would cover warranty, and fix it for me) they declined my warranty and made me pay to get it back. That was in AUGUST LAST YEAR. I still email them weekly and they will NOT refund me or offer me equal or better repleacemnt depsite taking my TIME , my PHONE and my MONEY (TWICE!!) I have dealt with poor service and all they are offering is a replcament of less value....... DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FORM HERE

Purchased a refurbished iPhone 11

Purchased a refurbished iPhone 11, phone is completely locked and unable to be connected to any service providers.
Have tried to contact admin several times over the past two months to only receive emails stating the issue has been reported.

Sent me the wrong product with no refund

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 8+ Plus and after months of waiting & after being given a FAKE tracking number I eventually received an iPhone 6 from them instead of the Samsung i paid for!
The iPhone they sent me was worth much less value than the phone I ordered & paid for & the iPhone they sent me wouldn't even turn on!
They refused to refund & ran me around for a week with useless vague emails, before finally giving me instructions on how to return the wrong product they sent me - with no garentee of getting my money back from them.
So now i don't have a phone i paid for & still waiting to recieve anything of my $350 refund!
If I could give zero stars I would.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I wish I could go less that 1 star. Do not purchase from this company, too many other more reputable companies to be ripped off by this one. My partner bought me a brand new, dual sim Note 20, that failed within 10months. We sent it back but took 2 months for replacement unit to be sent. Eclipse BT acknowledged it was a manufacturer fault and replaced the 'brand new, dual sim device' with a 2nd hand, refurbished single sim unit. They refused to own they were trying to rip us off with an email that said 'we replaced it with the same device but please send it back again and we'll replace with equivalent unit'. So refutes but admits what they did in the same sentence. I will happily provide the full email trail to anyone who needa confirmation this is a genuine review. Steer clear from this business, too many other options who respect their buyers.

Very good experience

Delivery was a little slow, eight business days, but the phones are perfect, they look brand new with 87% battery health. Very happy customer.

TERRIBLE

At this stage, they are lucky to be getting one star!
I purchase an iPhone 12 via the Dick Smith NZ website. The seller being Eclipse BT Technology.
I made this purchase on the 12th of January. My order history shows the item has been dispatched, however the tracking number I was provided with on the 16th of January shows absolutely no updates. When I asked the Seller if the tracking number was correct their response was "There may be a delay with courier" but I work very closely with their Courier company, and made contact with them and they advised no collection had even been arranged. On purchase the website displayed the item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We are now on the 8th working day, 7th email to seller and 2nd attempt to escalate and now cancel my order and STILL nothing has happened!

Terrible - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible. Bought iPhone 12 from them via Kogan.
Wasted my time for 2 weeks only for the item to be out of stock (as it always was).
Made me absolutely pull teeth to access a refund. Which still hasn't processed!
Essentially theft at this point.
Should be out of buisness.
Eclipse BT Technology customer service repeatedly lied and then when I called them out stopped replying. Used a fake tracking number.
Thanks to Kogan main customer service who (finally) sorted it out.

Fraud

Fraud! Advertising products they don’t have in stock even send out fake tracking numbers that said after 2 weeks the product was delivered lots of work and now waiting to get my money back ! Missed the chance to get the product now since I am on a world trip thanks a lot !

Both Eclipse and Kogan are bogus and doggy company

Bought Google Pixel 7 Pro from this company via Kogan. After two days upon checking the seller said order is still processing and they will send it next day. Same day evening got an email from the company saying they have cancelled the order as they incorrectly advertised the phone for the price I paid. They never honoured the deal. When I raised the issue with Kogan they were of no help, they simply replied that the seller is third party and they could not assist me in this matter. Haven't received the refund yet. Seller says check with Kogan for refund and Kogan never replies. I wish I had read reviews about the company and Kogan before I decided to deal this the bogus and doggy company.

these people are the scum of the earth, they sold the biggest lump of crap of an iPhone for $600 and it doesn't work......I sent the phone for them to review and they show me a 2 sec video saying its works.....I took the phone to apple and they wrote a note suggesting this phone was a disaster full of NON Apple compents....they are low lifes

Sadly I've had the sad misfortune to have made the mistake of purchasing from this company.
Bought a samsung galaxy tab A8, buying it on the fact they have a "14 day peace of mind" return policy.
I had the tablet out of the box not even 24hrs, was extremely careful and kept the box and tablet pristine, sent it back to them.
Now they're claiming there is a deep scratch on the item and demanding a $55 fee for me to have the item returned!
I've contacted Kogan Customer Service as well as ACCC, this company needs to be investigated and held accountable for their dodgy business practices.
Photos provided to me of said scratch appear to be from on older looking tablet and dirty which is definitely not how the item was returned!
