Every stage of the process from first contact to invoice was very efficient and professional.
After making initial contact with Taggas, I was contacted by one of the team and an appointment for the initial survey was made. Phil from Taggas conducted the survey, explained everything that would need to happen and when it would occur. Every question was answered along the way. The technical survey was booked and occurred exactly on time, again everything was explained along the way. The customer support team confirmed the installation date and the day before the install team contacted me to double check a couple of points and estimated their arrival time, which they achieved within minutes! Install of the hardware was very quick, clearly very experienced guys. Here though was the only breakdown in what was otherwise a very slick process. The electrician was held up in another job and despite being advised he was en route, he didn’t arrive as expected. This resulted in my having to call the Taggas team the following morning (they did confirm he was due that day). That said the install did occur within the advised timeframe so can’t complain but it was a shame this breakdown in communication upset an otherwise really impressive process. Actually 9.5 out of 10 would be fair.

The whole installation took just two and a half days alot shorter than I expected, very friendly installers and Kelly is always on the end of the phone if you have any concerns 5 out of 5 .

My elderly mum had taggas to install an air source heat pump last year, thier workmen, customer service and work is second to none, so kind ,considerate, polite and helpful, the whole process was smooth because she was looked after every step of the way, and the aftercare is so professional, a fantastic company offering a 5star service at reasonable rates, we would recommend them to anyone as a genuine company who wont rip you off.

Eco Way were very amenable, understanding and willing to fit in with our schedules. They arrived on the day and time we agreed.
The team, Cam and Robby, gave us advice and reassurance when we asked, including about the placement and positioning of everything, and what would work best for us rather than simply making things easier for themselves.
Their work was exemplary, cleaning up each day and everywhere they had to work.
We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The whole experience has been straightforward and simple right from the start, and we now have a new Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 10KW heat pump-based system, replacing the old oil-based boiler.
From the initial contact with Rhys, Jamie, Kelly through the detailed design with Tim and then into the installation lead by Luke with Keegan and Will the electrician. Communications have been clear and regular. The installation was completed on time (3 days) with minimal mess. We have chosen Eco Way Renewables to support our heating system to ensure it operates efficiently over the coming years of service.
A big shout out to Tim who managed our concerns prior to installation, even coming to see us to ensure we were happy. Tim also came to see the installation taking place to ensure it was following our design discussions.
Thanks to Luke, Keegan and Will who had to put up with me looking over their shoulders and asking lots of (silly) questions!

​I had a fantastic experience with TAGG Energy Solutions (TAGGAS) for my heat pump and energy installation. From the very beginning, their customer service stood out completely compared to the big national suppliers.
​When I originally approached Octopus Energy, they were rigid and refused to accommodate my layout, insisting that the hot water cylinder couldn’t go where I wanted it. TAGGAS, on the other hand, listened to my needs and went above and beyond. They were genuinely flexible and caring, making sure the job was done properly by placing the cylinder tank right up in the loft, exactly as I requested, which saved valuable living space in my home.

Excellent support and follow up from Taggas! Some installation problems but the problem solving and quick thinking of Luke was brilliant. He clearly explained every change and step throughout the process. He also took the time to throughly explain the system at the end of installation, even mentioning extra details I should be aware of!

Jack was very polite when he arrived and throughout! He was thorough in his work and explained everything perfectly. Bonus points- He didn’t mind psychopath Sally asking him lots of questions and explained everything to her as well! Very happy customer and very grateful for his service and his advice! Thanks Jack! After getting a few quotes, I went with Ecoway Renewables and I don't regret it. They’re a professional, well-established company, and my installation was finished in just 2 days.

Everything was delivered on time, and the installation team turned up promptly.

Cam and leon were friendly, hardworking, and happy to answer any questions I had. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it was great to see how pleased they were when the system was commissioned.

TAGGAS, what a great company! From Charlie who first visited us (absolutely first rate!) to Saul and the team of fitters and Jamie, Kelly and Kat who we have spoken to on the phone, we have nothing but praise. We’ve had Solar Panels and a battery fitted and there is a huge comfort in knowing that their involvement has not ended. They will follow up regularly for a while with looking at our system and making sure not only that we understand it but that it is set up and working at its best for our home. Ecoway Renewables installed an air source heat pump in our 1960s two-storey bungalow. The overall experience was very positive. They worked closely with us to plan the installation in great detail and ensure it met our needs. The installation was completed in just two days, and the system (Ideal HP290) has been operating very efficiently. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Ecoway Renewables to anyone considering an air source heat pump installation.

Hard working, respectful installers with good communication. Some of the work on the final heat loss survey has been slow but otherwise all round great. Also fast to start the work. The pump tech seems great.

After waiting 2 months for Octopus to come and do a survey just to tell us they could not install a heat pump I was left a bit lost. A bit of googling later and ecoway were recommended as a company in the area. A quick email and phone call later and they were booked in to do a survey the following week. Less than a month later and the install was complete. All staff have been friendly and helpful. The install itself took a little longer than originally planned but everything was communicated clearly and I am very happy with the result.
