Very prompt ,efficient ,good professional job 👍 only little downfall was ..wasn't left the cleanest !
But good friendly workmen throughout job!!

Out of the blue phone call from a rather pushy woman on a Hull number, who was not willing to answer my questions. She insisted on us having a no obligation visit which she booked. Before she hung up she said she would send more information and we would get another call to confirm the appointment which I MUST ANSWER. No information sent, no phone call and nobody turned up to the appointment!
Edit - the original number was on my phone, I rang back there was only music playing on the other end, no reply or answerphone

Everything they did was excellent from start to finnish. Absolutely spot on, thank you so much!

Kelly at Taggas has been extremely helpful, keeping in contact throughout the installation of my new air heat pump and radiators, and checking in afterwards for any post install support. The installation team, Ross and Kyle, drove up from Doncaster to Aberdeenshire, and got started right away, working extremely hard for the course of the 3 days they were here.

I was dubious at the thought of having a salesman come to the house in the evening assuming I was going to get the hard sell and be pressured into signing.
How wrong was I! Everything was handled professionally, explained in great detail in a way we could understand.
Once we decided to go ahead, the scaffolding, fitting and functionality all went smoothly and rapidly within a matter of days.
Subsequent customer service was excellent.

Ecoway were quick off the mark. From having help4homes coming round on the 13th February 2025. The solar panels were installed and producing electricity by 20th February.
The electrician and installer were very good and helpful.Very neat job with no mess. He explained how the system worked. I called Ecowayrenewables to ask a question and they could and did adjust my inverter from the head office. The App is good with plenty of information. According to the App I’ve already paid back over £1000 of my investment to date. I would recommend anyone to use Ecowayrenewables.

Our solar panels were fitted were fitted with no fuss. They were installed swiftly and the electrician really took his time to go through the app and all the details. He was a friendly lad who answered all our questions professionally and easily. We really can’t fault the service ecowayrenewables provided. Great! Thank you

The team at Ecoway are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
From the first conversation I had with one of the team through to the aftercare, it has been first class.

Ecoway recently installed our solar panels. They did it very quickly, efficiently and without mess. They had the scaffold taken down quickly for us too. Everything was explained and our expectations were managed with regards to generation etc. They emailed us all the completed paper work and installation schematics as well as tips on how to care for our lovely new panels.
Can’t recommend them highly enough. Brilliant!

I couldnt recommend Ecoway Renewables enough. Fast and efficient service and the engineers on the day were able to answer all questions and queries me and my wife had. 100% would recommend.

Not one review on heat pumps! Got a visit next week booked! Think I may cancel.
