My name is Herman And i live in the Caribbean.
Had problems with my ECU of my ford galaxy.
so i went on the net to look for help and i came across ECUtesting site. so i decided to send them my ECU and with in 2weeks i had my repaired ECU back.
my car is working again as good as new.
I thank Ecutesting staff for doing a good job.

The Gear Shifter Module on my C-Class Mercedes failed recently. A new unit was over £600 plus fitting. I found Ecutesting online. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My failed module was collected by DHL Thursday pm. I had an email early Friday am to say they had received the unit and later further emails to confirm the diagnosis and by Friday pm the unit was fixed. It was then returned via DHL Express.

It was fitted today and everything now perfect. Cost of repair: £183 including the courier collection and delivery.

Strongly recommend ECU Testing, they could not be more helpful and professional. Very happy.

Ecutesting refurbished my air bag module. The company's system works really well with a notification at every step. The unit was returned within 2 days. I would definitely recommend them.

I live all the way in South America/Guyana where technicians quoted me almost 3k US for a replacement ABS pump & workmanship for my 2017 Audi A4, found info on google suggesting ECUtesting could repair the module, im happy i took the chance.. paid a very small fraction of the price i was quoted. got my unit back and everything is working perfect. I highly recommend ECUtesting..

Fantastic professional service. VW digital dash died and VW quoted £2k for replacement and coding. These guys fixed the issue and had me back on the road for a small fraction of that price.
Would recommend highly to anyone!

Fantastic service and turn around 2009 golf gti dsg unit

Vw Tiguan R Line metatronics playing up. Vw wanted £1,900 and 2-3 weeks to fix !
Sent to this company, kept up to date with information, fixed quickly and returned.
Local mechanic put back in and all good ! Total cost less than half of what Vw wanted and fixed quicker.

The repair of my part did not fix the fault, local Volvo dealer diagnosed the part as faulty and fitted a new one. This got my car working perfectly. ECU testing refused to process a refund and refused to call the Volvo dealer to discuss why they (Volvo) diagnosed the part as faulty despite the repair carried out by them. Update, I was contacted by ECU Testing and a full refund has been given which is proof that good customer does exist.

I have not had my vehicle now for 5 weeks, my mechatronic unit has been sent to them twice now for repair. I am out of pocket, without a vehicle and will possibly lose my job if I can’t get to work. I can no longer afford taxi’s or the hiring of cars. My garage blames ECU Testing for this delay and they have had my mechatronic for 3 of those 5 weeks. God knows what the garage has done with my vehicle for the other 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs. So wish I could turn back the clock and go direct to the vehicle manufacturer.

Excellent service and customer relations. ABS was sent, confirmed fault, repaired and returned within a few days.

Would highly recommend.

We are still waiting for a ECU control unit, we asked for a 3 day return as the customer was going on a camping trip with a Ford van.
We rang us 3 times
Sent 11 emails
4 chats requesting urgency of the unit.
Ask to speak to a manager yet no response.
Each person we talk to they say we will chase the repairs, or they will talk to math manager, yet still no news.
Our customer will probably cancel his very expensive trip because of the lack of customer care.
