Poor value for money
I thought the book (or rather booklet) was very over-priced and the delivery was slow.
N.B. I have since had a response from Eden and although my opinion of the product and delivery is unchanged, they have apologised, explained the reason for the high price, and refunded the postage costs. This response was swift and comprehensive. Thank you.

Misleading delivery information
The items ordered were as expected but the delivery timing was very disappointing. The website said the expected delivery for 48 hour tracked would be 11th - 13th July. However, the package was only delivered on 15th July, too late for when it was needed. The expected dates had not included the weekend. The timing should say 2 -3 business days, which is how Royal Mail describes their service.
