We have used Eden a few times, we have never had a problem, this time the package was damaged, and replacements were sent out without issue.
They are easy to use and responsive if there are problems.

The goods might be fine -- they're yet to arrive. But the company immediately started spamming me about religious stuff. Surely it's un-Christian to sign someone up for spam emails without their consent? What would Jesus say??
