Since joining the company, I have felt nothing, but welcomed and looked after. I’d like to especially thank Tom O’Reilly. Tom took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my career and within a few weeks had me sorted into a school. Words cannot express how much Tom has done for me. He never complained when I had questions to ask and is always available to contact. Furthermore, he is always checking in on myself to make sure that everything is okay. Edustaff is an agency who actually does what they say they will do, unlike some other agencies who fall very short compared to Edustaff.
I was looking for a TA/SEN role preferably in a secondary school. My recruitment consultant Tom O'Reilly, really went above and beyond. He supported me throughout my whole process: from applying to jobs, preparing for interviews, maintaining contact and providing support where needed. Tom has maintained contact and is always at hand to answer any queries or questions, but more than that he checks up on you to ensure your doing well. He didn't leave me in the dark, communication was outstanding and I felt Tom truly cared about my success in getting the perfect job role for me. Without Tom I wouldn't be gaining the invaluable experience working in the SEN department.
I had an issue with another Education agency, they did not send my DBS form through in a timely manner, I was lucky enough to have Edustaff adamant on chasing the DBS form on my behalf. Leanne Benali the compliance officer, guided me, provided reassurance and was determined to get the DBS sorted so I could move on to the next stage.
