I first discovered Edward Fleming Jewellery when I wanted a ring resized while I waited, he is one of the very few places in London that this can be done. He did a fantastic job so I returned a few weeks later with 5 rings to be adjusted. One needed resizing, three needed replacement diamonds and the 5th was a white gold engagement ring that I wanted reset in a platinum band.
I collected the rings a couple of weeks later and they looked better than the day they were purchased, absolutely fantastic craftsmanship. I wanted to be present while the stone in my engagement ring was transferred to the new Platinum band, but couldn’t find any jewellers that allow this. Edward not only allowed me to sit in the workshop and watch while the stone was reset in the new band he had designed and made, but also took the time to show me all the various machines and tools in the workshop and explained what everything was used for. It was fascinating and gave me a real appreciation for how painstaking and time consuming their work is.
Edward and James themselves could not be more helpful or more friendly, they really go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want and are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend their services
