The communication from the beginning, throughout and even after the report has been fantastic. Very prompt.
The survey and report were clear, easy to understand and highlighted areas of concern I need to address once I move into the property. I have recommended them to a friend who is also moving.

Fantastic service

Good service
Efficient Surveyors initially reached out with a quote, and when I mentioned I had found a slightly better one they were kind enough to beat it for me! Absar had great timely communication throughout answering any questions I had. The survey was very easy to book and they scheduled it with the seller/agent without my involvement. After the survey, the report was issued within 24 hours as promised and was as detailed as expected. Overall very happy with the service and the price, thank you to Absar for your support!

Detailed survey report spit spot
Ordered a lvl3 survey. The communications were great. Snappy responsive emails and calls. On the day of the survey the chap turned up 40 minutes late so I got a call for the estate agent asking what was going on. Got the surveyor to call the estate agent with updated arrival time. Survey was on a tuesday morning and by wed afternoon, I had my detailed report with pics explaining everything. No fuss no muss.

Amazing service from start to finish. I emailed on Wednesday, had the survey booked and carried out on Thursday, and the full report emailed to me on Friday. Quick and informative responses and just all round good service. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service
To be honest I was sceptical at the outset, these guys were super responsive but the cost was lower than a lot of others I had approached.
However, wow what an amazing service. Had the Level 3 survey confirmed for the next day and the report back the day after. Very comprehensive and a video summary of the findings. Really detailed, but not full of tech speak so was easy to understand the areas of concern highlighted.
I've been encouraged to raise as many questions post report as I need, again totally awesome as what average person knows anything much about building surveys?!
So glad I instructed them.
