Very bad experience. Do not order from this company!!!

is like doing business with elementary kids...
unprofessional ... waiting for months to get the item i've paid for ...
I should have read customer's reviews first before dealt with them.
Learned my mistake.

Never received my order after more than 30 days and the seller never response to my message. I am filling a complain with Paypal right now and I hope getting resolve soon.

I ordered one box of beef floss from Imelda through text since July 31, but took them a month to shipped. I had to let her know that I haven't receive my first order.
Got my order and found out they sent me a wrong item. They sent me chicken floss instead of the beef floss! I texted Imelda & asked her and she replied sorry the warehouse must be wrong view. So I asked her if I'll get free of charge & the answer "hahaha" sorry can't.
Wow, really! First of all, It wasn't my fault. It was your fault! Second, very unprofessional to treated customer like that! We are not just talking about $12 here! We’re talking about how much money I spent already but they even didn't bother to give me one free of charge for my next order!!
Well screw you Efooddepot! I'll never ordering from you ever again & I'll tell all of my Indonesian friends about your suck service!

Don’t waste your time to order from this website!!! I ordered paid with paypal — 3weeks later never receive tlhe items i ordered. Horrible experience!!! Now im working to take my money back with paypal. Really wasting my time!!
If you don’t trust me, try it— order and they will never send you any notification except they taking your money from your account!! Horrible!! never again!!!

made an order, when submit, did not receive order number, called the company, telephone number not in service, ?scam, called cc to cancel payment & order. do not order!

I knew the owner, been customer about maybe 8 years. Their service was good but from time to time the service going down. If you go to FB, lots of people disappointed with the service. Ignore messages and calls, taking forever to ship the orders and making a lot of mistakes with customer's order. Don't want to refund your money.

Ordered and paid for a sizable order in April 2018. It's almost August and still nothing. What's worse, more than 7 requests for status of my order were sent. NONE were answered. Called listed 888 phone number, but it's not working. Is this company legit? Is anyone there? The whole ordeal sounds shady to me. Now I have to fight to get my money back. This seems like a horrible company and it's been a horrible experience!

I placed my order on Oct 6, 2017. My order didn't get processed until I contacted the seller on Facebook on Oct 30 and told me that I should be expecting for my order to arrive within the week of Nov 6. But I still haven't received my order to this date - 11/12/2017. The website is totally misleading when it says "Economy Shipping (10-14 days)"!! So unprofessional! Never again order from this seller/website!!

I still not receive my order that i placed a month ago, luckily I use paypal for payment.
I tried to contact the seller but the seller never respond.
So I escalate the issue to paypal to refund me and cancel my order.

What a waste of time.

DO NOT Order from this company!!!! I never had any problems in online shopping before, but this company it's so terribly bad... the shipping was fast, but there are 3 item that missing from my order! Where are they ??? I paid for everything but where's the rest of my package?
I had tried email them like 3 times and call them too, but no response! 😡

I ordered from here...they sent the wrong item...never returned my calls or emails...even took screen shots of item online, order and what was received. Don't waster your time and frustration ordering from here.

It takes forever to get the shipping status. And I posted asking the owner about the status on Facebook..never responded. Called..left a mesage..nothing..
The most unprofessional seller I've ever encountered. They think they don't have any competitor. I'm just gonna start buying Indonesian stuff from Ramayana store instead.

We have ordered a product that was to be from Germany. Instead, they sent one made in China. They think we would not notice. The company replied to us that we should get over ourselves because it was a bottle of sauce and told us that they do not wish we shopped at their store any more. How cute, lol!
We are in the processes of contacting US Customs to make sure that they are not brining products to US that have wrong country of origin and advertise them as something else than it truly is. That is deceptive.

very disappointed, many stuffs out of stock. They have stock in large order but not a single one. Weird thing if guys buy one single item in sale, price cheaper the order 3/6 unit. The don't discount those 3 & 6 unit as well.
I just ordered $95up value and used 15% discount but still got surcharge weight (actual weight in my purchased history show 17,9lbs). If i don't apply 15% discount I'll not get surcharge weight. So my half 15% discount they used for surcharge weight.

I never had any problems with them until now. I order my favorite Indonesian items from this website on Sunday, July 24, 2016. I never got any confirmation about shipping information. I am waiting for 2 weeks, still no confirmation. Checking their website again, it is said packaged but never have the shipping information. I sent the email, no response. Complain to their website, no response. Call them, no response. Post my message in their facebook page, they removed my post without any resolve. Finally, I cannot stand it and call my credit card company. If you have bad management, then please don't charge anybody's credit card. It is just FRAUD!!!!!

I just got my packages today and they all in the good condition!!
I'm so happy with the service!!

I placed 3 orders from them. First two was alright but the last one was unacceptable. They selling you old rice that full of bugs and brown powder in the bag (AKA very old). Canned food were all bent and udon started generated brown water inside. When you look at the expiration date, everything is 2-3 months before it expired. I also order 2 canned of veggie but send me something different.
I tired to contact them but no respond.
So DON'T even think to buy from them!

I ordered 12 jars of Dragonfly Tom Yum paste (I can no longer find it in San Diego anywhere). Placed order on 2/17. Advised package would be shipped within 10-14 days. Rec'd email on 2/24 that my package was being shipped. Rec'd package on 3/1 as promised.

Entire order was well packed! 100% of glass jars made the journey just fine.

Will use this company again to order hard to find items in the future!
