Fantastic price for a Mac graphics card upgrade (Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX580). Fast delivery and great follow up by eJobber curtesy call making sure everything was good with the delivery and item ordered. Highly recommended and will use again for components etc.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a monitor that turned out not to be what I needed. Tim and Sarah organised collection and refund with no faffing about. They were clear on what was going to happen when, always communicating clearly. Definitely a stand out customer experience. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Ordered a gaming laptop- which was lost by parcelforce

Afternoon so many calls and e mails and online chat - I am yet to receive a refund
I have been promised this every time - but no money back as yet. No replies to any of mails either. Not at all satisfied
Update- after this review- was contacted by ejobber- refund has been done- have requested that keeping customer updated is crucial

Very quick delivery. Ordered at a weekend and arrived on the Tuesday. Great price too, would use again.

Ordered an item on a 2-4 day delivery. The item was dispatched on day 4 so arrived late. No communication about order progress unless prompted by myself by the online chat and phone. When I did get a notification on shipping I was also quite confused that the email also said I would get a EU power cable. I called them to check the situation as I could not use the device in the UK with the wrong connector.

When calling to ask why there was a delay and why I would get an EU power supply I was told by "Tim Anderson" (Sales Manager) my custom was not needed for a company of that size as they have far bigger orders and my small £200 was below them. Tim said they send the EU power cable comment was a generic email out to all customers and assured me that it would come with a UK power supply. He did agree to refund the shipping costs (which almost a month on still have not been refunded despite opening a PayPal claim).

Item arrived finally, and on opening the box, it came with an EU power cable, so annoyed at the process at this point I bought my own cable as dealing with the rude staff was not worth the hassle.

The website shows a London address, likely just a mailbox, Companies House records show this is a company based from a residential street in Milton Keynes. For anyone thinking of ordering from Ejobber, look elsewhere!

I hope it is resolved soon, however being an insignificant customer to Ejobber I am not sure if it will be.

Had an issue, their chat box is quick and efficient. If that IS a bot, I would take my hat off to the person who coded that AI. Otherwise, Jessica you have been a pleasure :)

As soon as my order was placed, an email arrived to confirm it and the delivery tracker started. I was able to track my delivery from beginning to end. On arrival, unpacked and set-up was easy. Simple picture instructions on the box - no need to find your language!
My device arrived with an EU mains cable. I emailed requesting 3 pin UK mains lead which was dispatched immediately and arrived 48 hours later. No problem!
The team at jobber communicated clearly by email and were courteous and efficient.Thanks a lot Ejobber (and of course UPS). Did I mention great value for money? I hope not - let's keep that a secret!

was a bit apprehensive as never heard of this company and the saving was almost too good to be true, but took a gamble and glad i did! Amazing service, ordered on a saturday, delivered by 11am on the Monday, brand new boxed product couldnt have asked for a better buying experience, will order from them again!

Screen arrived earlier than expected. EU plug quickly replaced by UK one.

Ordered a PC monitor on 19th May and received on 22nd May. Absolutely amazing. The only issue was it came with a EU cable. But they warned me in an email that could happen. So I just emailed them back requesting a UK one. In 24 hours I've received a replacement. Excellent service and communication. Very happy customer.

Day 8 and I'm still waiting for delivery, i got tracking number and customer support were really communicative,they should have mention somewhere the product comes from Netherlands and i really hope not to come with eu power cord, anyway when it's here i will give an update

Edit:the monitor i ordered came with 11 days of delivery and they did not send uk plug despite i warned them and they said they will,and it wasn't ejobber fault for the slow delivery, anyway I'm happy with the product and the prices so i give 4 stars

Tim and the team were fantastic at answering queries and responding promptly. The monitor we purchased is superb...would recommend this company unreservedly!

Good site got my tv 2 days after the 2-4 days expected only downside was I had no dispatch or delivery notice plus I was abit worried reading some of the reviews, however my experience with ejobber has been good. Thank you

Supplied a difficult to find component at less than half the cost of competitors. Great communication keeping me updated at each step of the delivery process and delivered quickly without any fuss.

So I’ve put an order through and accidentally ordered the wrong item.

I can’t talk about post sale service however, I cancelled in the evening and literally at 8 am in the morning they confirmed cancellation and refunded me.

The reason for writing this review is that,
although a good chunk of review on here are bad, Ejobber were swift and efficient to reply to my request, you can’t say the same about many businesses.

I feel like a bad review will attracts another and another. Give this guys a chance because honestly they’ve been in business for long and that should show that they probably know what they’re doing.

Unfortunately the graphics card I am looking for is not available from them, but I will definitely return for other purchases I may need to do.

Ordered a headset on the 24th March, turned up 2 days later and all was good. I accidentally ordered the wrong one, so I mailed the company 27th March and didn't hear anything back! Chased them up on the 1st May and got a reply 3 days later from Tim their Sales Manager. I have replied to this asking to return the item (£106) and have been ignored since. I have sent 6 emails and have received no replies.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE!

I will now be forced to claim against my credit card!

- Update (19/05) - Tim called me first thing today after this post and gave me a full refund, apparently, they had been mailing me back, but I can assure you none were received. Tim emailed me straight back with return info. It's a shame that I needed to chase daily and post this to get some traction.

I purchased a printer and it was the cheapest online, great purchase! Delivery was on time. Would use again. Happy customer
