In this app so many glich i use this…

In this app so many glich i use this eld mandate prime almost one months i call 25 times eld mandate .it can’t work in i phone .i used motive 3 years nothing any problem but i think this eld very poor. I recommend everyone don’t use this app

I buy dash cam from them they charge me…

I buy dash cam from them they charge me 350 dollars for dash cam and they charge 40 dollars for every month that dash cam work only one month now its more than 5 months my dash cam not recording i called more than 25 times to customer care they don’t know how to resolve the problem still they are busy for charging 40 dollars for months which dash cams not working worst experience worst customer service my number is 626 905 4446

Devices are terrible

Devices are terrible. Customer support and service is terrible. This is the worst eld company out there !
They cannot even provide the video footage from the dash cameras

Ordered 2 cameras in April 2023

Ordered 2 cameras in April 2023. Was never able to get customer service to help us get them hooked up. We would call and they would call back at 10 or 11 PM. We don't have mechanics here except during the day. Realized that it was because they were in California and we are in North Carolina. The next couple of times I called I specifically told them we are in the EST zone. Still didn't call back at requested times. After over 2 months of trying to get a time coordinated with them and our mechanic, we couldn't find the cameras. I waited the 2 years and paid the monthly service that I was told the contract was for. They said the contract was for 3 years. Now I have to pay for another year of service for something we have never got to use.
