We were shopping around for electric bikes and heard Electric Bike Company in Huntington Beach had the best customer service and quality. After waisting a lot of time looking at other electric bike companies, we hurried back to the Electric Bike Company due to their customer service and quality of the bikes that they make locally. You might find cheaper bikes out there but you get what you pay for. And at the Electric Bike Company you will get the best quality with the best customer service. My wife and I could not be happier with our bikes that we got to custom build. And our friends that went to the Electric Bike Company all feel strongly the same. This is the "go to" for electric bikes!

The rear tire clearance with the chain causes the tire to rub against the chain, despite being adjusted in a bike shop. The dealer who sells the bikes doesn’t have a competent repair shop.

Great bike, fun to ride and customer service has been prompt and terrific! (I had some dumb / first time e-biker issues that they helped me with immediately!)

The ability to customize your own bike. The helpful people at your store who walked me through the ownership of my first electric bike. The reviews that told me your bikes were nicely priced for what they offered. I really like my new bike; it's comfortable and fun even though it is a lot heavier than I realized. Your website that explains everything a person would want to know before considering buying one along with seeing how your bike would look as you customize it. All in all a very good experience.

I had part shipped to a friend in a different city and it got screwed up because of a po box/ups mix-up. After 2 weeks the part was shipped back to the company. After one phone call by me they researched and found the returned package and resent it to my home address without any additional shipping charges. Great customer service!

I'm so amazed with this company! I found it by searching online for an electric bike. I had already looked at several other eBikes and I didn't quite find what I was looking for. When I came across Electric Bike Co. I started looking at all the different colors and sizes of the bike and I was impressed. I chatted with Jeff G. on the site and helped me to build my ebike from start to finish! I am truly grateful for his expertise. I chose the Model Y. I wanted a bike I didn't have to shift gears and the EBC had what I was looking for. Jeff got me the free anti-theft alarm and the tool kit. The bike arrived in excellent condition via trucking carrier. I had a friend/neighbor to help me unbox my new ebike, to turn and tighten the handlebars. It's ready for a ride! The front basket and the rear rack are great additions. I love having the step through and the wired lights. There's just so many things to love about this bike! I get a lot of compliments on my ebike. I simply refer them to the Jeff G. at the Electric Bike Company.

I am very happy with my bike and good people when I called with questions. I don’t know if this is place to do it but I gotta call with another question to your service people. My right handle break doesn’t function I think may be fluid pump or air not sure. Thanks I’ll call later.

Received my model E in perfect condition. I had a little bit of trouble getting my seat the correct height and wasn't sure if I was tightening the correct clamp, so I called their customer service and they got back to me immediately, helped me through it, and I was able to ride. What an amazing bike--battery was fully charged, rode very smoothly. I love it! Thank you, EBC. I also love the alarm!

Living across country from CA, I couldn't test ride EBC bikes prior to purchasing one. When I was looking online their chat feature consistently popped up where I was able to get questions answered which helped me determine which model would suit my needs. When I decided to purchase the Model R I was able to speak with customer support as I made each customizable selection, getting advice on what was best for me (not their bottom line). It is a company full of people enthusiastic about their great product. The bike is practically ready to ride when it arrives and it is soo much fun!!! I've only had my bike for a few months and have ridden over 600 hundred miles. It makes the commute to work (up hill each direction) enjoyable. I love my new bike!

The bicycles were shipped sooner than expected and were packed very well and arrived undamaged. We really like them and was able to take mine to Oregon with me. They have been operating trouble free and have no complaints about their performance. The only problem has been the wiring that goes into the frame from the handle bars needs to be better protected.

I ordered a Basil Rear Basket M 33L. It was sent without the MIK adapter plate. I called customer service and they sent me the adapter plate with no hassle. It came fairly quickly. I would have given 5 stars if the original order had come complete. But... I love my Model E!

If you want and very supportive buying experience this is the place to go. I worked with Blake several days, until we finally designed the perfect model for me. Lot's of old-fashion good customer service.

The electric bike company has been there every time I had an issue with no questions asked! They have been wonderfull

Glass holder is the fixed one and not that great. Bike is awesome. Works well. My wife and or niece ride often on HB or LB bike path and sometimes at El Darado Park. Front brake sqeaks. I brought it back the 3rd day or so to have it fixed and the tech replaced pads but still ended up the same.
