Elegant Showers UK Opiniões

It was easy to use the website & order what we wanted.

I bought the ELEGANT 2 Seater Sofa Bed directly from Elegant Showers UK for £59.99, advertised as reduced from £253. On Amazon, the price of what appears to be the same sofa changes almost daily, fluctuating between £199, £149 and £119. Sounds like an amazing bargain, doesn’t it? Think again.

The reality is that this sofa is practically useless. The quality is absolutely terrible, and the design seems fundamentally flawed. When you unfold it into a bed, the bottom section lifts upwards instead of lying flat, as if there simply isn’t enough material to allow it to open properly.

The sofa is also incredibly hard, with virtually no proper cushioning to sit on. It’s uncomfortable and feels cheap, nothing like what you would expect from a product advertised at such a high original price.

Don’t be fooled by the massive discount or the supposedly high original price. A bargain is only a bargain if the product is actually worth buying. In this case, it absolutely isn’t. I regret buying it and would not recommend this sofa to anyone.

Save your money and look elsewhere.

Fast delivery, great value shower enclosure.

Excellent bit of kit looks great does the job

Good quality product. Easy to assemble/install. Instructions were good as well

Quick delivery. Good quality item with all the fixtures

Product is great and delivered when they said

Excellent quality products, quick delivery and good value.

Excellent choice, quality and prices. We recently moved house and made a second purchase of a shower screen after being really pleased with the quality and price at our previous home.

Easy on line ordering. Fast and efficient delivery. Instructions were pretty good and definitely 2 man assembly. Seems pretty sturdy and good quality glass. Had only one issue with one of the lower door castors but easily sorted with just a phone call to customer service and a replacement part was quickly sent. For the price, a good quality product.

I can’t comment on their product quality as the shower enclosure I incorrectly ordered has not been removed from it’s original delivery packaging. However their approach to customer service is nothing more than quoting their T&C’s. So in line with their Company policy I would strongly suggest that you read their T&C’s before placing any order with them. It is very much a case of Caveat Emptor from their perspective. The old adage of “buy cheap, buy twice” rings very true in this case - they even suggested I should order another shower enclosure from them, which I politely declined of course.

Carlos delivered my radiator. He was such a lovely man. So nice to have a friendly conversation From a delivery driver. Hope he delivers to me again

Could not be happier purchased ELEGANT 80x62cm Hollywood Vanity Mirror with Lights and Bluetooth. Beats all expectations and price was cheapest around by far. Would 100000% recommend

Good radiators, delivered quickly. One damaged in one spot.

Very good prices. Fast delivery. Would have been 5 stars if delivery communication had been better. Waited for details of delivery date but none came then suddenly got a phone call to say they would be with me in ten minutes - luckily I was at home.

Bought a ELEGANT 1200mm Shower Cabin Black Sliding Door 8mm Nano Grey Glass Wet Room from manomano.

Look great but poor build quality and poor after-service. A glass clip broke after a few months. Contacted the manufacturer and they do not sell the tiny clip to hold the glass in place.

It’s a bespoke made clip so cannot find a third party one. Glass screen is now loose and leaks

After service said they do not sell the part but provided a link to a clip form a third party that’s the wrong size, when queried to say it was incorrect replied to say they do not sell accessories. It’s a vital part not an accessory.

Now have a leaking shower due to a cheap plastic fitting. Have 2 shower screens from other manufacturers in other bathroom that all use metal clips.

Would never use again

Nice product

I recently purchased three Elegant Sofa beds. They were delivered in a couple days well packaged and secure. The sofas themselves were easy to assemble and are exceptional value for money. They are compact and sturdy, just pleasantly surprised by the value. Absolutely over the moon with the purchase. Thank you

Very pleased great price fast delivery 5*****
