Elephant Beds Opiniões

Excellent choice of beds and mattresses. Very good sales service at elephant beds. Speedy delivery within three days and worth paying extra to have new bed installed and remove old frame and mattress. Delivery men polite and excellent.
Would strongly recommend the company.

Was met with Rob. Fantastic customer experience and he was very helpful. We managed to pick out the perfect mattress for us. He was very friendly. Great store with fantastic options available.

Fantastic service great advice good after sales

5 star rating from us for elephant beds in Cardiff.
Easy and hassle free mattress buying experience. We were left free to view all the different mattresses. Had advice from Jon when asked. Bought a gel memory foam mattress and it was delivered the following week. The delivery drivers were lovely and helpful.
Highly recommend. Thankyou.

My wife and were really happy and impressed with the service and treatment we received and also with the product we purchased

I have bought a handful of beds from elephants beds. I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable and helpful. The range in store is amazing and of the best quality! Could not recommend more

Excellent service no pressure and delivery was quick

Excellent service, very helpful and informative but not at all pushy, left in peace to look around until assistance needed, have made several successful purchases over the last few years. Definitely recommend

Absolutely appalling service and attitude, paid for a bed tried to cancel 2 days later and it’s non-refundable, however cancellation policy on the website cancel within 7 days.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fantastic service at very short notice. Excellent product range, had exactly what we needed. Delivered it rapidly, assembled the bed and took all packaging away. Faultless.
