Wanted to leave a POSITIVE review as I always check trustpilot prior to ordering from any onlineshop now (after encountering a few bad expierences). The specifics: I ordered a jacket that was on sale, chose my size according to their sizing charts (as some of them have Italian sizing you REALLY have to make sure your measurements are accurate) and received it within 96 hours - for reference: I live in France and the package came from Italy. It fits PERFECT and I absolutely love it.

I can’t say anything about the process of returns (which most of the reviewers seemingly had a problem with) but if you are sure about what you want: GET IT!

8Per più volte ho acquistato capi che dopo aver insossato un paio di volte (massimo) si rovinavano...poichè i suoi modelli restano comunque impeccabili nella vestibilità, ho cmq voluto fare ulteriore tentativo. Ma credo veramente di aver vissuto i limiti del SURREALE: acquisto una t-shirt e ovviamente prima di indossarla per la prima volta eseguo un lavaggio delicato a mano...Risultato? Dopo il lavaggio la maglietta era tempestata di fori e alcuni anche belli grandi. SONO SCIOCCATA

Ich hab 3 Teile bestellt und musste 2 Artikel retournieren, die Teile habe ich sofort am nächsten Tag zurückgeschickt, allerdings musste ich mehrfach dem Kundenservice schreiben, um die Rückerstattung zu bekommen, außerdem bezahlt man nicht nur den Versand sondern auch die Rücksendung.
Kann jedem davon abraten dort zu bestellen!

Esperienza pessima. Le commesse estremamente altezzose e sgradevoli. Ho chiesto un regalo con un budget specifico e, probabilmente perché non estremamente alto ci hanno lasciato in attesa un tempo indefinito.

Personalmente mi sono sempre trovata bene fin’ora con gli acquisti effettuati sul sito outlet. Sia con i resi o i cambi taglia. Il costo della spedizione e dell’eventuale reso e’ comunque ben scritto e sebbene anche io lo eviterei volentieri visto anche il costo degli abiti, e’ scritto, leggibile e quindi con l’acquisto sai bene che lo devi pagare e anche l’eventuale reso e’ a pagamento. Sad but true🥲
Per il resto la cosa che preferisco e’ lo stile anche un po’ diverso da tutto quello che si trova in giro, per cui sebbene raramente mi sono goduta lo sfizio di comprare un suo abito.
Rivedrei leggermente la misurazione delle taglie in modo da farla corretta e piu’ precisa, perché come tutti i siti utilizzano delle misure standard che non corrispondono al 100% e questo mi ha reso difficili alcuni acquisti.

Fanno pagare spese di spedizione €12,00 e non contenti anche le spese di reso sullo stesso articolo!!! Unici al mondo.

Ho fatto un acquisto prima di Natale ma quando mi e’ arrivato mi sono accorta che il capo era diverso da come me l’ero immaginato. Ho prontamente effettuato il reso ma sto avendo problemi ad avere il rimborso. Il customer service non risponde alle mail . Veramente fastidioso.

Prodotti veramente di bassa qualità , il livello è da fast fashion cinese , lo stile è bello ma la qualità molto molto bassa , fili ovunque cuciture storte , ho preso un abito di ecopelle che si è sbriciolata ( ecopelle) portato per far vedere il difetto nessuna risposta , alla fine è stata brava nel far passare abiti di basso costo come , semi lusso

Customer care pari a zero. Maleducate e ignoranti. Eppure spendo migliaia di euro al mese …

Ho acquistato ieri mattina un piumino lungo a ruota sul sito outlet è arrivato oggi pomeriggio perfettamente confezionato. Materiale di ottima qualità e vestibilità perfetta.

I purchased a pair of jeans and a black body suit from EF. I’m in the UK and frequently buy luxury goods from the EU. The cost of the items was £800. My own fault but I hadnt realised that the import duties weren’t included in the price. Most luxury brands include this (Louis Vuitton, Louboutin etc). So I was a little surprised when I received a request from DHL to pay £170 import duties. However I paid this and the items were delivered. The jeans were ok though quality not great and way too long and the black bodysuit was OK but didnt sit right on my wives chest. So we decided to return the items for a refund. Returns were straight forward and received promptly by EF. This is when the problems started. They issued a refund minus £20 for return delivery which I have no problem with they also charged me £130 “adjustment fee”. When I queried this i was told they had paid the return import duty that the Italian authorities charged but then they passed that on to me. However I cannot claim that money back because it was EF that paid it first. This is theft. I suspect they will claim it back and make money on returns from non EU countries and they are in effect running a scam. Never again will I buy from EF. The company is a disgrace and if EF herself knows about this then that would be a very sad indictment…..

I made a purchase worth approx 1400 Euro. I used a gift voucher I had worth 750. However, I returned 2 articles worth 760€. Even though I had a gift voucher for more than the remained purchase (660) they will not use my voucher. Rather I have to pay another 350€ and receive a credit for 410€ only valid for 1 year.
I have bought a lot from here, but never again!

Zero si può dare? Ho chiesto al Customer di fare una riparazione su una giacca, mai lavata, praticamente nuova, mi hanno chiesto lo scontrino !!! La mia sarta non riesce a sistemarla perché le cuciture sono troppo sul bordo e fatte con macchinari che lei non dispone. Non comprerò mai più questo brand e divulgherò il più possibile la mia pessima esperienza (dopo anni di soli acquisti EF). Uno schifo !!! Mi rivolgerò anche all’associazione dei consumatori vediamo chi la spunta !!!

I tried to buy a baguette-type handbag online on Elisabettafranchi's official website. I then made the payment, fortunately via PayPal. Pessime misure che secondo me non corrispondono al vero. Mai più . Secondo me fanno cucire in serie con materiali di scarto, molto sopravvalutato tutto sia adito che accessori.

Schlechter Service. Haben mir eine Hose in der falschen Größe geschickt und nun wartet man tagelang auf ein kostenloses Retoure-Label. Nie wieder!

Considering the high price level of their dresses, I had high expectations when choosing this company, but unfortunately, my experience has been beyond disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and the quality of service did not match what was promised. Despite reaching out multiple times, I felt my concerns were not addressed adequately. All in all, the process went over 3 months and is still not solved. As a side note, I also lost a significant amount of money. Therefore, I will certainly not purchase from this company anymore and hope that the company improves its processes and customer care in the future.

Io ho fatto la giacenza per un mese come consente il loro corriere DHL e non mi vogliono rimborsare perché è passato troppo tempo preciso che sul sito c è scritto che il reso è consentito entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento del prodotto !!verigogna !!

I would never have purchased my dress if I knew I would incur a $100 loss upon returning it. This wasn’t disclosed in your return policy, and I intend to challenge this matter. It feels like a scam.
